Service Management

Service management is mainly used to record account service information, such as account complaints, or consultation during product use.

  • Business Description: When an account has a need for service consultation, you can query the account name, find the account information according to the precise search or fuzzy search rule configuration, enter the service management interface, and enter the account's consultation information, that is, the service record . Service records can be viewed in "Work", "CRM Information" or account details pages.
  • Entrance: "Workbench - Service Management"
  • Permissions: Users with the role of "service staff", or CRM administrators.
  • Query Settings: Since accounts are confidential resources of the enterprise, service personnel can be set to search for accounts through fuzzy or precise query of account names.
  • Notes: Service management will no longer be maintained. Service personnel are requested to use ticket objects for service management as much as possible.
