1. Personnel Overview
Personnel refers to the basic information of every employee in an enterprise. This data is synchronized in real-time from the employee management system and cannot be modified directly in the CRM.

3.1 Personnel Details
3.1.1 Preset Scenarios for Personnel
All: View all personnel, create new scenarios, or manage existing ones.

3.2.1 Add
Personnel objects do not support manual addition.
3.2.2 Edit
Only custom fields in personnel objects can be edited. Data synchronized from the Org Structure cannot be modified.
3.2.3 Import
Supports update imports but not new imports since personnel objects cannot be added manually.
3.2.4 Lock
Users with lock permissions can lock personnel records. Once locked, custom fields cannot be modified.
3.2.5 Unlock
Users with unlock permissions can unlock records. After unlocking, users with edit permissions can make changes.
3.2.6 Export
All visible data within the scope can be exported.
