CRM Reminder
CRM Notifications
CRM Notifications include all relevant alerts for CRM business objects, such as permission changes, record processing timeouts, and business approvals. Through CRM Notifications, users can quickly view pending approvals and business reminders requiring their attention.
1. CRM To-Do Items
| Notification Item | Business Description |

| Pending Approval Processes | Business processes awaiting approval by the current user. |
| Pending Business Processes | Business processes in Business Process Management requiring action or approval by the current user. |
| Pending Customer Registration Review | Customer registration approvals awaiting review by the current user. |
| Pending Sales Order Confirmation | Sales Orders requiring confirmation during the configured approval process. This reminder applies to Sales Orders pending the current user’s approval. |
| Pending Order Shipment | After a Sales Order completes the confirmation process, it enters the shipment phase. Users with the “Shipping Personnel” role and configured approval permissions for their department in “Functional Permission Management - Approval Settings” will receive this reminder to confirm shipment in the Sales Order. |
| Pending Return Order Confirmation | Return Orders requiring confirmation during the configured approval process. This reminder applies to Return Orders pending the current user’s approval. |
| Pending Payment Collection Confirmation | The Payment Collection process includes a default confirmation workflow. Users with the “Payment Collection Finance” role and configured approval permissions for their department in “Functional Permission Management - Approval Settings” will receive reminders for Payment Collection confirmations submitted by relevant departments. |
| Pending Refund Confirmation | The refund process includes a default confirmation workflow. Users with the “Refund Finance” role and configured approval permissions for their department in “Functional Permission Management - Approval Settings” will receive reminders for refund confirmations submitted by relevant departments. |
| Pending Invoice Application Confirmation | The invoice application process includes a default confirmation workflow. Users with the “Invoice Finance” role and configured approval permissions for their department in “Functional Permission Management - Approval Settings” will receive reminders for invoice application confirmations submitted by relevant departments. |
| Pending Sales Stage Confirmation | When a sales stage is configured to require “Confirmation by Direct Manager upon Completion,” the manager of the Opportunity owner will receive a confirmation reminder when the stage is completed. |
| Pending Lead Assignment | Unassigned Leads in the Lead Pool, which may be newly created, reclaimed by Lead administrators, or returned by Lead owners. This reminder is for Lead Pool administrators. |
| Pending Lead Processing | Newly assigned Leads or Leads with changed owners trigger reminders for the new Lead owners. |
| Initiated Approval Processes | Approval processes initiated by the current user. |
| Approval Messages | Approval messages sent to the current user during the approval process, including custom CRM notifications and To-Do reminders after the approval process concludes. |
| Import Assistant | Users performing data imports via the import tool. |
