The CRM Information section provides a unified view of all activity records related to business objects, including:
- Sales records
- Service records
- Feedback at each stage of the sales process
- Fieldwork check-ins (generated when associating an Account or Contact via the “Apps > Fieldwork” check-in feature)
- Reports, Posts, Approvals, Tasks, Calendar events, and Instructions linked to CRM business records in collaborative work
With CRM Information, you can quickly review all CRM follow-up activities within your visibility scope, stay updated on business progress, and provide timely feedback to accelerate information flow and enhance team collaboration.
1. Predefined Scenarios
My Account CRM Information: Displays all sales records and related activities where the current user is the owner and the associated business object is an Account.
My Contact CRM Information: Displays all sales records and related activities where the current user is the owner and the associated business object is a Contact.
My Opportunity CRM Information: Displays all sales records and related activities where the current user is the owner and the associated business object is an Opportunity.
CRM Information for Accounts Serviced by My Subordinates: Displays all sales records and related activities where the current user’s subordinates are included in the Related Teams and the associated business object is an Account.
CRM Information for Business Activities Managed by My Subordinates: Displays all sales records and related activities where the owner is a subordinate of the current user and the associated business object is an Account, Contact, or Opportunity.
My Responsible Departments CRM Information: Displays all sales records and related activities where the current user is the department head of the owner’s department and the associated business object is an Account, Contact, or Opportunity.
My Leads CRM Information: Displays all sales records and related activities where the current user is the owner and the associated business object is a Lead.
