CRM Information


In CRM Info, the system consolidates and displays all related activity records tied to business objects, including Sales Records, Service Records, feedback from each stage of the Sales Process, Fieldwork check-ins that associate an Account or Contact when checking in via the App → Fieldwork, and Records in collaboration tools that are linked to CRM business objects such as Reports, Posts, Approvals, Tasks, Calendar entries, and Commands.

Through CRM Info, you can quickly view all CRM follow-up activities within your visibility scope, stay up to date on business progress, and provide timely feedback to accelerate information flow and strengthen team cohesion.

1. System Default Scenarios

  • CRM Info for Accounts I am responsible for: The owner is the current user, and the related business object is Account. This view includes all Sales Records and related activity information associated with those Accounts.
  • CRM Info for Contacts I am responsible for: The owner is the current user, and the related business object is Contact. This view includes all Sales Records and related activity information associated with those Contacts.
  • CRM Info for Opportunities I am responsible for: The owner is the current user, and the related business object is Opportunity. This view includes all Sales Records and related activity information associated with those Opportunities.
  • CRM Info for Accounts followed or serviced by my subordinates: Related Teams includes the current user’s subordinates, and the related business object is Account. This view includes all Sales Records and related activity information associated with those Accounts.
  • CRM Info for business my subordinates own or handle: The owner is the current user’s subordinate, and the related business objects include Account, Contact, and Opportunity. This view includes all Sales Records and related activity information associated with those objects.
  • CRM Info for My Responsible Departments: The department head of the owner’s department is the current user, and the related business objects include Account, Contact, and Opportunity. This view includes all Sales Records and related activity information associated with those objects.
  • CRM Info for Leads I am responsible for: The owner is the current user, and the related business object is Leads. This view includes all Sales Records and related activity information associated with those Leads.
