The CRM Information section provides a unified view of all activity records related to business objects, including:
- Sales records
- Service records
- Feedback at each stage of the sales process
- Fieldwork check-ins (generated when associating an Account or Contact via the “Apps > Fieldwork” check-in feature)
- Reports, Posts, Approvals, Tasks, Calendar events, and Instructions linked to CRM business records in collaborative work

With CRM Information, you can quickly review all CRM follow-up activities within your visibility scope, stay updated on business progress, and provide timely feedback to accelerate information flow and enhance team collaboration.

1. Predefined Scenarios

  • My Account CRM Information: Displays all sales records and related activities where the current user is the owner and the associated business object is an Account.

  • My Contact CRM Information: Displays all sales records and related activities where the current user is the owner and the associated business object is a Contact.

  • My Opportunity CRM Information: Displays all sales records and related activities where the current user is the owner and the associated business object is an Opportunity.

  • CRM Information for Accounts Serviced by My Subordinates: Displays all sales records and related activities where the current user’s subordinates are included in the Related Teams and the associated business object is an Account.

  • CRM Information for Business Activities Managed by My Subordinates: Displays all sales records and related activities where the owner is a subordinate of the current user and the associated business object is an Account, Contact, or Opportunity.

  • My Responsible Departments CRM Information: Displays all sales records and related activities where the current user is the department head of the owner’s department and the associated business object is an Account, Contact, or Opportunity.

  • My Leads CRM Information: Displays all sales records and related activities where the current user is the owner and the associated business object is a Lead.
