Service Management


Business Description

When an Account has a service consultation need, users can search by the Account name. Based on the configuration of exact or fuzzy search rules, after finding the Account information, they can enter the Service Management interface and record the Account’s consultation details, which are Service Records. Service Records can be viewed in “Work”, “CRM Information”, or the Account Details page.

Permissions

Users with the “Service Staff” Role or CRM administrators.

Query Settings

Since Accounts are confidential enterprise resources, Service Staff can be allowed to search for Accounts through fuzzy or exact queries by the Account name.

Note

Service Management will no longer be maintained. Service Staff are advised to use the Work Order object for service management as much as possible.
