Common List Operations
1. Quick Search
Enter keywords into the search box as prompted. For example, to find Opportunities whose name contains “Walmart”, type “Walmart” into the search box — the results will appear immediately.

2. View Filters (Saved Views / Scenes)
A view (scene) is a saved set of filter criteria. Save a frequently used filter or combination of filters as a preset view so you can retrieve that dataset with one click. Each module includes system preset views, and you can also create custom views. For example, to see high-priority Opportunities in progress, add a view in the Opportunity module with filters such as Amount > 10,000 and Stage = In Progress.

3. Apply a View
Click a specific view to run the query using the filters defined in that view.

4. Advanced Filters
Combine multiple filter criteria to narrow down results. If you use a combination frequently, save it as a view for quick access later.

5. Column Filters
Filter by any field shown in the list to locate records that meet specific conditions.

6. Bulk Actions
Select multiple records in the list to perform bulk actions such as Change Owner, Add Team Members, Void, or Delete.
- Supports selecting records across pages
- Up to 200 records can be selected for bulk processing
7. Sorting
Each column header shows up and down arrows. Click them to sort the list by that field in ascending or descending order.

8. Column Selection
Customize which fields appear in the list and reorder columns so the most important information is displayed prominently.
