Enter keywords in the search box as prompted. For example, to find Opportunities containing “Walmart” in their names, simply type “Walmart” in the search box—your results will appear instantly.

Scenario Management
- Scenario: A predefined set of filter conditions. You can save frequently used filters as scenarios for one-click access to commonly needed data. Each module includes system-preset scenarios, and you can also create custom ones. For example, to view high-value in-progress Opportunities, you can add a scenario in the Opportunities module with filters like “Amount > $10,000 AND Status = In Progress.”

Click a specific scenario to query data based on its combined filter conditions.

Advanced Filtering
Combine multiple filter conditions to query data. If a filter combination is frequently used, you can save it as a scenario for quick access later.

Batch Operations
The list supports selecting multiple records for batch actions, such as:
- Reassigning owners
- Adding team members
- Invalidating records
- Deleting records
Notes:
- Supports cross-page record selection.
- Maximum of 200 records can be selected for batch processing.
Sorting
Click the up/down arrows next to any column header to sort records in ascending or descending order.
