1. Overview

ShareCRM provides multiple login methods so users can choose the most convenient way to access the CRM system.

2. Login Methods

1. QR Code Login

  • Applicable scenarios: For users who have the ShareCRM mobile app installed and prefer a quick way to sign in to the CRM.

  • Steps:
    • On the sign-in page, click “QR Code Login”.
    • Open the ShareCRM app and use the “Scan” feature to scan the QR code on the sign-in page.
    • After scanning, the app will ask you to confirm the sign-in. Tap Confirm to sign in to the CRM.
  • Notes: If the QR code appears abnormal or has expired, click “Refresh QR Code” to obtain a new valid code for scanning.

2. Username and Password Login

  • Applicable scenarios: For users who know their CRM account credentials and prefer to sign in by entering account information.

  • Steps:
    • On the sign-in page, click “Account Login”.
    • Enter your registered account (usually mobile number, email, or corporate/personal account) and password in the designated fields.
    • Click the “Sign In” button. If the credentials are correct, you will be signed in to the CRM.
  • Notes:
    • If you forget your password, click the “Forgot Password?” link and follow the on-screen instructions to reset it.
    • When signing in with a mobile number, select the country/region code for the phone number first.

3. Dynamic Verification Code Login

  • Applicable scenarios: When you cannot conveniently type a complex password (for example, on a mobile device) or you temporarily forget your password.

  • Steps:

    • On the sign-in page, click “Account Login”.
    • Click the “Dynamic Verification Code Login” link below the Sign In button, and enter your registered mobile number or email.
    • Click the “Get” button. The system will immediately send a dynamic verification code to your bound mobile number or email.
    • After receiving the code, enter it in the “Verification Code” field on the sign-in page.
    • Click “Sign In”. If the code is valid and the account is in normal status, you will be signed in to the CRM.

(Note: “Get” corresponds to the verification code retrieval action.)

4. Single Sign-On (SSO)

  • Applicable scenarios: For users whose accounts are configured for Single Sign-On and need to sign in via SSO.

  • Steps:

    • On the sign-in page, click “More Entry”.
    • Select the third-party login method. The system will redirect you to the corresponding identity provider’s authentication page.
    • Complete authentication on that page. The system will then return to ShareCRM CRM and sign you in automatically.

1. Service Agreement and Privacy Policy

  • You must read and Agree to the Service Agreement and Privacy Policy before signing in.
    • The Service Agreement defines the rights and obligations between users and ShareCRM regarding CRM use.
    • The Privacy Policy explains how the system collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information.
  • Click the Service Agreement and Privacy Policy links at the bottom of the sign-in page to view the full documents.

2. Language Selection

  • Language options: The sign-in page supports Simplified Chinese, English, and Traditional Chinese. Choose the language that matches your preference.

3. Free Trial

  • Trial information: New users who want to try ShareCRM can click the “Free Trial” button, fill in the requested information, and submit the application. Once approved, you may use certain CRM features free of charge for the specified trial period (available features depend on the system’s actual offering).
