1. Overview

ShareCRM offers multiple login methods, allowing users to select the most suitable option based on their needs.

2. Login Methods

1. QR Code Login

• Use Case: Ideal for users who have installed the ShareCRM App and prefer a quick login method.

• Steps:

  • Click “QR Code Login” on the login page.

  • Open the ShareCRM App and use the “Scan” feature to scan the QR code displayed on the login page.

  • Upon successful scanning, the App will prompt you to confirm the login. Tap “Agree” to access the CRM system.

• Note: If the QR code fails to display or expires, click “Refresh QR Code” to generate a new one.

2. Username & Password Login

• Use Case: Suitable for users who know their CRM account credentials and prefer traditional login.

• Steps:

  • Click “Account Login” on the login page.

  • Enter your registered username (e.g., phone number, email, or corporate/personal account) and password.

  • Click “Login” to access the system if the credentials are correct.

• Notes:

  • Forgot your password? Click “Forgot Password?” and follow the prompts to reset it.

  • When logging in with a phone number, select the country/region code first.

3. Dynamic Verification Code Login

• Use Case: Recommended for users in environments where password entry is inconvenient (e.g., mobile devices) or when temporarily forgetting the password.

• Steps:

  • Click “Account Login” on the login page.

  • Below the “Login” button, click “Dynamic Verification Code Login” and enter your registered phone number or email.

  • Click “Get” to receive a one-time verification code via SMS or email.

  • Enter the code in the “Verification Code” field and click “Login” to access the system.

4. Single Sign-On (SSO)

• Use Case: Designed for users with configured SSO accounts.

• Steps:

  • Click “More Entries” on the login page.

  • Select the third-party SSO provider. The system will redirect to the authentication page.

  • After successful verification, you’ll be automatically logged into ShareCRM.

1. Service Agreement & Privacy Policy

• Users must review and agree to the Service Agreement and Privacy Policy before logging in.

  • The Service Agreement outlines the rights and obligations between users and ShareCRM.

  • The Privacy Policy details how personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected.

• Click the links at the bottom of the login page to view the full documents.

2. Language Selection

• Options: The login page supports Simplified Chinese, English, and Traditional Chinese.

3. Free Trial

• Trial Note: New users can click “Free Trial,” complete the registration form, and access limited CRM features during the trial period (specific features subject to system availability).
