TikTok Connector Configuration Guide


1 Document Usage Instructions

ShareCRM CRM integration with TikTok synchronizes TikTok campaigns, ad groups, ads, ad-level performance reports, and captured Leads into ShareCRM.

This document contains three sections: pre-sales materials, implementation configuration, and FAQs. Intended audience: implementation consultants, technical consultants, sales managers, CSMs, etc.

3.2 Pre-implementation Requirements

Before implementation, confirm the customer has purchased and enabled the TikTok Connector and the TikTok account is active.

3.3 Implementation Configuration

3.3.1 Connector Authorization

Go to Connector > Connector Management, click New Connector, enter a connector name, select TikTok Connector from the Connector dropdown, and click OK to create the connector:

Open the connector and click Reset below to reconfigure.

In the Authorization Configuration section, click Deauthorization in the Authorization status column to authorize (if you are logged into TikTok in the browser, the following screen will pop up):

Click Confirm; you will be redirected back to ShareCRM with the status showing Authorized.

3.3.2 Connected Object Configuration

Switch to the Integrate Objects tab and click New to create a connected object. On the new page, click Automatically Add Object to retrieve the TikTok object list, select the objects you want to integrate, and click OK to populate the Object Name and Object API Name. Click Save and Next at the top to automatically fetch the field metadata for that object:

3.3.3 Integration Flow Configuration

From the left menu, open Data Flow to create a new integration flow and click New Data Flow. To synchronize campaigns from TikTok to ShareCRM, select My TikTok Connector as the Source System (this is the connector name set in 3.3.1), choose Advertisement as the Source Object, set ShareCRM as the Target System, and select Campaign as the Target Object. Check the execution actions below and click Confirm. Configure field mappings as prompted and activate the data flow to complete the integration for TikTok ad objects. Configure other objects similarly; steps are analogous and therefore not repeated here.
