TikTok Connector Configuration Guide

1 Documentation Guide

The integration between ShareCRM and TikTok enables the synchronization of TikTok ad campaigns, ad groups, ads, ad dimension Reports, and captured Leads into ShareCRM.

This document consists of three sections: pre-sales materials, implementation configurations, and FAQs. It is intended for implementation consultants, technical advisors, sales managers, CSMs, and other relevant stakeholders.

3 TikTok Connector Implementation Phase

3.1 Learning Materials

3.2 Prerequisites

Before implementation, ensure the client has subscribed to the TikTok Connector and that the TikTok account is active.

3.3 Implementation Configuration

3.3.1 Connector Authorization
  1. Navigate to Connector > Connector Management, click New Connector, and fill in the connector name.
  2. Select TikTok Connector from the dropdown, then click OK to confirm:

  1. Click Reset to reconfigure:

  1. Under Authorization Configuration, click Deauthorization in the Authorization Status section (a pop-up will appear if the browser is logged into TikTok):

  1. Click Confirm to return to ShareCRM, where the authorization status will update.
3.3.2 Connected Object Configuration
  1. Switch to the Integrate Objects tab, click New, then select Automatically Add Object to fetch TikTok object lists.
  2. Check the objects to integrate, click OK to auto-fill Object Name and Object API Name, then click Save and Next to retrieve field descriptions:

3.3.3 Integration Flow Configuration
  1. Navigate to Data Flow and click New Data Flow.
  2. Configure the flow:
    • Source System: Select My TikTok Connector (name set in 3.3.1).
    • Source Object: Choose Advertisement.
    • Target System: Select ShareCRM.
    • Target Object: Choose Campaign.
  3. Check the execution actions, click Confirm, configure field mappings, and enable the flow to complete the integration. Repeat for other objects as needed.
