8. "Query CRM" Component

This component addresses the following scenario:

External system -> CRM: the value that needs to be written into the CRM already exists in the CRM and must be retrieved from the CRM rather than taken solely from the external system. In this case, use the “Query CRM” component to set query conditions and field mappings.

Reverse direction is also supported.

You can map fields from the current record’s lookup-related objects—or from User or Departments objects—into the target record by using the “Query CRM” component, without creating reference fields on the object.

For example, map the assignee’s user Code to an Order’s Remarks field.
