8. "Query CRM" Component


This component addresses the following use case:

External System -> CRM: Query Existing CRM Values

When values to be written into the CRM already exist in the system (rather than originating solely from the external system), use the CRM Query component to:
- Set query conditions
- Configure field mapping

The reverse workflow is also supported.

To map fields from:
- Associated objects
- Personnel objects
- Dept. objects

…onto target objects, use the CRM Query component instead of creating reference fields.

Example: Map the owner’s personnel Code to an order remark field.

The same logic applies to other scenarios—simply use ID Equals [value] as the query condition.
