Sandbox Migration

1. Feature Overview

  • Supports configuration migration from sandbox organizations to production organizations
  • Supports migration of connectors and integration flows
  • When migrating a connector, the system initializes connector metadata (connector entry) but does not migrate objects or fields
  • Migrating an integration flow also migrates the objects and fields related to that integration flow
  • Ensure the “Change Set” feature is enabled for your org rollout; when enabled, you will see the following entry point:

2. Use Cases

Initial migration flow:

  1. Migrate connectors first;
  2. Then migrate the required integration flows.

Incremental migration flow (for phased implementations): only migrate newly added or modified integration flows.

  1. No need to re-migrate connectors;
  2. Migrate the required integration flows directly;

For modified integration flows, the configuration from the outbound organization overwrites the inbound organization.

3. Support for Configuration Package Migration

Confirm that the Configuration Package feature has been enabled for your rollout; other behavior is the same as above.

4. Sandbox Onboarding

When creating a sandbox organization, you can opt to copy Integration Platform configurations into the sandbox.
