Sync Historical Data
In the early stages of integration, organizations typically need to align master data such as Accounts and Products between systems. Use the “Sync Task” tool to synchronize historical data between systems.

Unified Global View for Historical Sync Tasks
Separate menu: “Sync Historical Data”
This view displays all historical sync tasks for the organization. Task status definitions:
Not reached scheduled execution time: The task’s scheduled execution time has not yet arrived
Queued: The scheduled execution time has arrived, but another task is running and this task is waiting in queue
Running: The task is currently executing
Stopped (by user): The user manually stopped the task
Completed (with errors): The task finished but encountered errors
Completed (successful): The task finished without errors
Three overall phases:
- Scheduled time reached: execution status = “Running” or “Queued”
- Scheduled time not reached: execution status = “Not reached scheduled execution time”
- Finished: execution status = “Stopped (by user)”, “Completed (with errors)”, or “Completed (successful)”
Task actions:
Temporary store: While running or after completion, you can view records pulled into the temporary store
Data reconciliation: After completion, you can perform data reconciliation for the task
Re-execute: Tasks that succeeded or failed can be re-executed; you must set a new scheduled execution time before re-running
