Sync Historical Data
During the initial integration phase, enterprises typically need to align master data (such as Accounts and materials) between both systems. This is where the “Synchronization Task” tool comes into play for syncing historical data.

Supports bidirectional data synchronization: Third-party → CRM, and CRM → Third-party.

Unified Global View for Historical Data Synchronization Tasks
A dedicated menu item, “Synchronize Historical Data,” provides a centralized view of all synchronization tasks across the enterprise.
Task status descriptions:
- Scheduled Time Not Reached: The task has not yet reached its planned execution time.
- Pending Execution: The scheduled time has arrived, but another task is currently running, so this task is queued.
- In Progress: The task is actively executing.
- Ended (User Stopped): The task was manually stopped by the user.
- Ended (Error): The task completed with errors.
- Ended (Success): The task completed without errors.
Three phases:
- Scheduled Time Reached: Execution status = “In Progress” or “Pending Execution.”
- Scheduled Time Not Reached: Execution status = “Scheduled Time Not Reached.”
- Ended: Execution status = “Ended (User Stopped),” “Ended (Error),” or “Ended (Success).”
Task actions:
- Temporary Storage: View data pulled into the temporary storage for tasks that are in progress or completed.
- Data Verification: Perform data verification for completed tasks.
- Rerun: Rerun successful or failed tasks by resetting the planned execution time.
