Monitoring Dashboard

The Integration Platform provides IT personnel with a monitoring dashboard to track data synchronization in real time and identify synchronization anomalies.

Dashboard Global Filters: Connector, external object (default: all). You can set frequently used filter options.

The charts are preconfigured based on the ShareCRM BI platform, allowing you to view metric details and filter by data range.

The charts display statistics based on log tracking points reported by the Integration Platform. The reported fields include:

• Code (unique identifier)
• Connector
• External object
• Integration flow
• External data ID
• Volume of external data read
• CRM object
• CRM data ID
• Operation type (read, write, function, intermediate table, alert)
• Operation (create, edit, and all supported actions)
• Source system, execution status (success, failure)
• Whether it is a data refresh
• Execution time
• Duration (milliseconds)
