Monitoring Dashboard

For IT teams, provides a monitoring dashboard to track data synchronization in real time and detect synchronization anomalies.

Global dashboard filters: Connector, External Object — default set to All. You can save frequently used filter presets.

Charts are prebuilt on the ShareCRM BI platform; you can view metric details and filter by date range.

The charts aggregate Report events reported by the Integration Platform. Reported fields include:

Report Code (unique identifier)

Connector

External Object

Integration Flow

External Data ID

External Read Count

CRM Object

CRM Data ID

Operation Type (Read, Write, Function, Staging Table, Alert)

Action (Create, Update, and all supported actions)

Source System, Execution Status (Success, Failure)

Is Backfill (whether this is a backfill run)
