ShareCRM for Zoom
Introduction
Zoom is a collaboration platform for hosting online meetings and webinars. The integration between Zoom and ShareCRM allows users to create and manage Zoom meetings directly from within ShareCRM.
Integration Setup
This integration is configured via the Zoom App Marketplace.
To set up the integration:
Log in to your Zoom account with administrator privileges.
Navigate to Setup → Marketplace → All, and search for "ShareCRM for Zoom".
Click "Add for others".
On the Authorization Page, grant permissions by adding "ShareCRM for Zoom" for specific users or groups.

In the "Confirm Manage app permissions" prompt, click "Allow".

Schedule an Online Meeting
Once integrated, you can create Zoom meetings directly from ShareCRM.
To schedule an online meeting:
Select a customer record to view customer details.
Click "Create Meeting" and choose Zoom.
Select either Quick Meeting or Schedule Meeting.
For a Quick Meeting, select the Interactive Scenario and Meeting Objectives, then click to create the meeting.


User Authorization
The first time a user creates a meeting, the Zoom meeting personal authorization page will open in the browser.

After authorization, the following confirmation page will appear. You may close this page and proceed with meeting creation.

During the Meeting
The system uses the computer’s recording capability to transcribe audio to text in real time and display insights.


Post-Meeting Insights
To view detailed insights for a specific sales record, click "View Details" to access SFA AI Insights, including:
Interaction Summary
Interaction Topics
Suggested Topics
Attendee Insights
To-Do Items

Create a Scheduled Meeting
You can also schedule a meeting in advance. 
Scheduled meetings appear in Activity. From there, you can:
Join the video conference
Copy the meeting link

Revoke Authorization
If needed, you can revoke Zoom authorization at any time.
