2. Campaign Details

2.1 Campaign Business Operations

2.1.1 Predefined Campaign Views

  • All:
    • The Owner is the current user or the current user’s subordinate
    • Or the Related Teams include the current user or the current user’s subordinate
    • Or the Campaign’s data-sharing rule in Data Permission Management shares records owned by the Owner or the Owner’s Dept. with the current employee, the current employee’s Dept., or the current employee’s user group
    • Or data classified as My Responsible Departments
  • My Responsibilities: Owner is the current user

  • Participated by Me: Related Teams include the current user

  • Responsible by My Subordinates: Owner is the current user’s subordinate

  • My Subordinates Participated: Related Teams include the current user’s subordinate

  • Shared With Me: The Campaign’s data-sharing rule in Data Permission Management shares records owned by the Owner or the Owner’s Dept. with the current employee, the current employee’s Dept., or the current employee’s user group

  • My Responsible Departments:
    • The current user is the head of their primary Dept.
    • At the same time, the Related Team members’ primary Dept. is that Dept.
    • Note: Whether a responsible Dept. includes all subordinate data is determined by CRM Management → Rule Settings → Basic Settings → Upper-level Visible Data Range.

Note: - CRM Administrators can view all data. - Records with status “Voided” are visible only to CRM Administrators; all other users cannot see them.

2.1.2 Create a New Campaign

Note: Whether a responsible Dept. includes all subordinate data is determined by CRM Management → Rule Settings → Basic Settings → Upper-level Visible Data Range.

  • Integrate via API with third-party systems

2.1.3 Status Changes

  • Business description: Adjust the Campaign’s status as it progresses.
  • Preconditions: Status can be set to Planned, In Progress, Completed, or Terminated.
  • Who can perform this operation: Owner, Owner’s manager, Related Team members with Read-Write permission and their managers, and users who have been granted data sharing with Read-Write permission.
  • Operation entry point: Status field on the Campaign detail page.
