Or the related team includes the current user or their subordinate.
Or the “Data Permission Management” configures “Data Sharing” rules for campaigns, allowing record owners or their departments to share data with the current employee, their department, or their user group.
Or data under “My Responsible Departments.”
My Responsibilities: Owner is the current user.
Participated by Me: The related team includes the current user.
Responsible by My Subordinates: Owner is the current user’s subordinate.
Participated by My Subordinates: The related team includes the current user’s subordinate.
Shared With Me: The “Data Permission Management” configures “Data Sharing” rules for campaigns, allowing record owners or their departments to share data with the current employee, their department, or their user group.
My Responsible Departments:
The current user is the head of their primary department.
And the primary department of the related team members in the record matches this department.
Note: Whether responsible departments include all subordinate data is determined by “CRM Management > Rule Settings > Basic Settings > Superior Visible Data Scope.”
Note:
- “CRM Administrators” can view all data.
- Records marked as “Voided” are only visible to “CRM Administrators” and hidden from others.

Business Purpose: Adjust campaign status as the activity progresses.
Applicable Statuses: “Planned,” “In Progress,” “Completed,” “Terminated.”
Authorized Personnel: Owner, owner’s superior, related team members with “Read/Write” permissions, superiors of related team members, and data-sharing recipients with “Read/Write” permissions.
Entry Point: “Status” field on the [Campaign] Details page.
