Lead Generation Scenarios

1. Search and View Company Information

Access the CRM and navigate to the “Find Accounts” feature directly from the homepage.

Use the search bar and filters to retrieve company information.

Each user has a default daily limit for converting companies into Leads, which can be configured in the backend.

Search results can be sorted by “Establishment Date” or “Registered Capital.”

Click “More” next to a company’s phone number, email, or registered address to view additional contact details from annual reports or public business records.

Click on a company to access its details page, where you can view business registration information, operational risks, annual reports, and more.

2. Duplicate Check and Lead Conversion

2.1 Duplicate Check

Click the “Duplicate Check” button in the list to compare company contact details with existing Leads in the system. The check follows the duplicate detection rules configured for the Lead object.

2.2 Lead Conversion

Click the “Convert to Lead” button in the list or details page to open a contact selection window. Choose the desired contact method to create a new Lead.

Lead Conversion Limits

Navigate to “Find Accounts Rule Settings” in the backend menu to create multiple rules for Lead conversion limits.

Members not covered by any rule default to a limit of 10 Leads per day. For members covered by multiple rules, the system applies the most restrictive limit.
