1. Lead Acquisition Scenarios

1. Search and View Company Information

Enter the CRM and use “Find Customers” to open the feature homepage.

Use the search box and filter options to locate company records.

Each user has a default daily limit for converting companies into Leads; administrators can configure this limit in the backend.

You can sort search results by “Establishment Date” and “Registered Capital”.

Click the “More” link after a company’s phone number, email, or registration address in the list to view contact details from annual reports and public business information.

Open a company record to view the company’s basic business registration details, operational risk indicators, annual report data, and other details.

2. Deduplication and Converting to Leads

2.1 Deduplication:

Click the “Deduplicate” button in the list. The system compares the company’s contact information against existing Leads to detect duplicates. Deduplication follows the duplicate rules configured on the Lead object.

2.2 Convert to Leads:

Click the “Convert to Lead” button in the list or on the company detail page to open the contact-selection dialog. Choose one or more contact methods to create a new Lead.

2. Lead Conversion Limits

In the backend menu, go to “Find Customers Rule Settings” to create multiple rules that limit how many companies a user can convert to Leads.

Members not assigned to any rule default to a limit of 10 conversions per day. If a member matches multiple rules, the system enforces the lowest applicable limit.
