2. Enable Barcode Scan Input

Barcode scan input is disabled by default and must be enabled manually. Once enabled, users can scan barcodes on both the Web (PC) and mobile App to speed up document processing.

Enable path: ShareCRM Admin Console -> CRM Platform Management -> Business Rules Management -> Inventory Management -> Basic Settings -> Barcode Scan Settings.

3. Use a Handheld Barcode Scanner for Input

• To enable barcode scanning for Product entry on a PC, you need to use a third-party tool.
• Most commercial barcode scanners support plug-and-play and require no additional drivers or installation.

• Example: For an Inbound Order, when you scan a Product barcode, the system automatically matches the corresponding Product and populates the Product line on the Inbound Order.

4. Use Mobile Phone Camera for Scanning
