ERP Real-time Inventory and Its Application in Sales Orders
1. Why You Need Real-Time ERP Inventory Data
For medium and large enterprises, ERP systems are typically used to manage production, procurement, and other business processes—all of which impact available Inventory levels.
When these companies integrate their ERP systems with ShareCRM’s Inventory Management, they often rely on scheduled synchronization, which introduces delays in inventory data visibility. As a result, certain business scenarios in ShareCRM require real-time ERP inventory availability checks to support informed decision-making.
2. How to Enable Real-Time ERP Inventory Access

- Once enabled, retrieve real-time inventory through either:
- ShareCRM Integration Platform (currently supports Kingdee K3C, with more ERP systems coming soon).
- APL Functions: Requires the ERP system to expose APIs. The function writes real-time inventory data to the “Available Inventory” field in ShareCRM.
