1. Product Category Management

• Navigation: Preset Object Management → Products → Product Categories.
• Create a top-level category: e.g., “Digital Products”
• Create a subcategory: e.g., “Mobile Phones”
• Create a sibling category: e.g., “Computers”
• Edit a category: change the category name
• Delete a category: you can delete a category only if it contains no products. If products exist under the category, deletion is not supported.
