Product Attributes
1. Configuring Attributes
- Standard Attributes: Navigate to CRM > Products > Attributes to open the Attributes list.

picture coming soon: Create page allows setting Attribute Name and Attribute SN, and defining attribute values. You can add values manually or import from a local Excel file. Attribute values support default values and ordering.
- Non-standard Attributes: Used to manage non-standardized attributes such as weight or dimensions. Non-standard attributes currently support two types: Text and Number, to cover different scenarios.

picture coming soon: Non-standard attribute types: Number and Text. Number type fits numeric values such as weight or dimensions. Text type fits scenarios like color codes where users enter non-numeric values. Non-standard attributes support default values and attribute grouping.
- Attribute Groups: Use groups to categorize attributes of the same type (for example, appearance attributes like Color or Material), or to group SaaS product capabilities into Basic vs. Advanced features. When grouped, attributes display grouped during selection. This feature is optional.

picture coming soon: Group SN determines display order of groups. When attributes on the selection page are split into multiple groups, groups display sorted by SN ascending.
2. Product-associated Attributes
Use Configure Attributes on the Product detail page to assign attributes to a product.
picture coming soon: After assigning attributes, the Product detail page shows associated attributes and a Configure action.
picture coming soon: When linking a Standard Attribute, you can set the available value range for this product (for example, Material may include Gold, Silver, Copper, Iron, but this product only supports Gold and Copper). If an attribute does not affect pricing, set “Include in Parameter Pricing” to No. Only attributes marked Yes can be used when maintaining attribute prices in the Attribute Price List. You can also set default values for product attribute values.

3. Attribute Price List
The Attribute Price List links to a master Price List and targets the applicable Price List scope. Edit attribute price list line items to define different prices for the same product based on attribute combinations.

4. Selecting Attribute Values When Ordering
When placing an order, select product attribute values together with the product. The system pulls pricing from the Attribute Price List and displays the chosen attributes and values on the line item.
picture coming soon: This is the default mode which shows attributes and values inline on the list row. You can switch to other selection modes in backend settings: Business Rules Management > Mid-Sale Configuration > CPQ Configuration > Product Selection Mode.

5. Product Quotation & Ordering
When creating a Quote or Order, choose products and filter product combinations by attribute values. Configure combination attribute values, select subcomponents, set prices and quantities, and generate the Order.
