System Basic Configuration Before Use

1. System Configuration

Operator: Marketing manager with Marketing (ShareMarketing) administrator privileges

Operation note: After enabling the Marketing (ShareMarketing) app, it remains in an initial state. The Marketing administrator must complete basic system configuration to ensure smooth operation of subsequent modules.

Navigation: Marketing (ShareMarketing) - System Settings - Click each top menu item in sequence to perform required configurations:

1. Basic Settings

• Upload company logo images separately for mobile and PC, and enable the QR code logo
• Configure the Advocacy Promotion distribution scope. By default, ShareCRM Contacts are used to push Advocacy Promotion tasks to employees who have CRM accounts; employees receive and act on Advocacy Promotion tasks via the Share app. If your company has bound Marketing (ShareMarketing) to WeCom (Enterprise WeChat) and you want employees to receive and perform Advocacy Promotion tasks via WeCom, select the WeCom app visibility scope (only employees with the WeCom interface will receive tasks). Changes to the Advocacy Promotion distribution scope require a request to your ShareCRM contact and will be performed by Marketing (ShareMarketing) technical personnel.
