System Configuration

Operator: Marketing administrators with ShareMarketing admin privileges

Description: After activating the ShareMarketing application, it will be in an initialized state. The ShareMarketing administrator needs to perform basic system configurations to ensure smooth operation of subsequent modules.

Navigation Path: ShareMarketing > System Settings > Configure the required settings by clicking the menu tabs above:

1. Basic Settings

• Upload company logo images for both mobile and PC platforms, and enable the QR code logo.
• Set the distribution scope for Advocacy Promotion tasks. By default, ShareMarketing uses the ShareCRM Contacts to push Advocacy Promotion tasks to employees with CRM accounts. Employees receive and execute these tasks via the ShareCRM app.
  • If your company has integrated ShareMarketing with WeCom (WeChat Work) and prefers employees to receive and execute Advocacy Promotion tasks through WeCom, you may select the WeCom application visibility range (i.e., only employees using the WeCom interface will receive tasks).
  • Note: Changes to the Advocacy Promotion distribution scope require approval from your ShareCRM account manager and must be implemented by ShareMarketing technical personnel.
