User Role Permission Configuration

1. Adding Marketing Users

Context: ShareMarketing is a business application within ShareCRM. As a Marketing administrator, you can add other marketing personnel (who need to access ShareMarketing via the Web) as members and assign them corresponding usage permissions.

Operator: Users with Marketing administrator privileges

Steps:
To add members, navigate to Marketing > System Settings, then go to Permission Management. Under Members, add marketing personnel and assign the relevant Marketing functional permissions to grant them access.

The Marketing application administrator serves as the super administrator for Marketing. Regular members do not need to be assigned as application administrators. For details on permissions assigned to different roles, refer to Role Permissions.

2. Data Permission Overview

2.1 Campaign and Leads Data Permissions

The roles assigned under Members pertain to Marketing functional permissions. Data permissions for Campaigns and Leads follow the platform’s business data permission rules. To configure these, the system administrator must adjust them in Admin Console > Data Management.

2.2 Advocacy Promotion Data Permissions

Admin Console:
By default, all administrative users can view company-wide promotion statistics. If configured, they will only see data within their assigned permission scope in the Advocacy Promotion Statistics.

ShareCRM App:
By default, superiors can view subordinates’ promotion results, while subordinates can only view their own. After configuration, users will only see data within their permission scope in the Promotion Report.

To set Advocacy Promotion data permissions for specific employees or departments:
1. Click Advocacy Promotion Data Permissions.
2. Select Add Employee-Specific Data Permissions.
3. Assign the corresponding permissions to employees/departments.
