User Role Permission Configuration

1. Add Marketing (ShareMarketing) Users

Operation background: ShareMarketing is a business application within ShareCRM. As a ShareMarketing administrator, you can add other marketing personnel (users who need to operate ShareMarketing on the Web) to the ShareMarketing user list and assign their access permissions.

Operator: Users with ShareMarketing administrator privileges.

Procedure: Add users by going to ShareMarketing > System Settings, then open Permission Management. Under Users, add marketing staff and assign the appropriate ShareMarketing feature permissions so they can access ShareMarketing.

The ShareMarketing application administrator is the super administrator for ShareMarketing. Regular users do not need to be set as application administrators. Permissions for other Roles can be viewed under Role Permissions.

2. Data Permission Overview

2.1 Campaign and Leads Data Permissions

Users assigned ShareMarketing feature Roles in Users follow the platform’s business data permission model for Campaign and Leads data. To change these settings, a system administrator must configure them centrally in the CRM Admin Console under Data Management.

2.2 Advocacy Promotion Data Permissions

Admin Console: By default (when no restrictions are set), all administrative users can view company-wide Advocacy Promotion statistics. After configuring restrictions, users can only view data within their assigned permission scope in Advocacy Promotion reports.

ShareCRM Mobile App: By default (when no restrictions are set), supervisors can view subordinates’ promotion statistics while subordinates can view only their own. After configuring restrictions, users can only view data within their assigned permission scope in Promotion Briefings.

To set Advocacy Promotion data permissions for a specific employee or Dept., click Advocacy Promotion Data Permissions, then click Add Specified Employee Data Permission and assign the corresponding employee(s) or Dept. the appropriate Advocacy Promotion permission.
