1. Activating the Marketing (ShareMarketing) Account
1.1 Activate the CRM Account
Operator: An employee with CRM system administrator privileges
Instructions: - ShareCRM integrates marketing and sales. ShareMarketing is the marketing management application within ShareCRM. Before using ShareMarketing, you must purchase and activate the ShareMarketing product (billed per ShareMarketing edition), then launch the ShareMarketing app from ShareCRM’s More Apps menu. The CRM account is the same account used to access ShareMarketing. - If you are a marketing, brand, or campaign manager who needs ShareMarketing but do not yet have a CRM account, request a ShareCRM account from your company’s CRM administrator before accessing ShareMarketing. - How to create a CRM account: Go to Web > Admin Console > Settings > Org Structure Management > Departments & Employees > Create New Employee Account. - CRM login URL: https://www.fxiaoke.com/proj/page/login

1.2 Grant ShareMarketing App Permissions
Operator: An employee with CRM system administrator privileges
Instructions: After creating CRM accounts for staff who need ShareMarketing, grant them access to the ShareMarketing app in CRM: Web > Admin Console > App Management > ShareMarketing.
- Assign the “ShareMarketing Administrator” as the app administrator and include them in the Web app visibility scope. Typically this is company executives, head of marketing, or senior marketing staff. They receive full ShareMarketing app permissions and can configure all modules and assign usage permissions. Note: assigning someone as the ShareMarketing app administrator will also assign the system Role: Marketing Manager. Confirm the Role’s personnel scope and permissions as needed.
- Add ShareMarketing users to the Web app visibility scope. Typically include the ShareMarketing administrator plus all marketing staff. These users can log in to the CRM Web interface and operate ShareMarketing.
- Add all employees who should receive company-wide promotion tasks and use employee business cards to the App visibility scope. Typically set this to the entire company. These staff can receive company-wide promotion tasks from ShareMarketing on the ShareCRM mobile App and use the Promotion Assistant and employee business card features. (Note: users in the App visibility scope can receive promotions and use App-level features on mobile but cannot access ShareMarketing’s Web marketing operations; Web visibility grants marketing operation permissions, App visibility grants individual promotion/receiving permissions.)


2. Accessing ShareMarketing
2.1 Access the Web Admin Console for ShareMarketing
Use your ShareCRM account to sign in to the CRM Web. Click More > Apps > ShareMarketing to open the ShareMarketing Admin Console.
The ShareMarketing Admin Console provides marketing staff with tools to create campaigns, design campaign assets, promote campaigns, and review campaign analytics.

2.2 Access ShareMarketing on Mobile (Receive Messages & Tasks)
The ShareMarketing mobile interface is visible to all employees by default. On mobile, staff can access marketing materials, receive company-wide promotion tasks, view their personal promotion performance, and administrators can view enterprise promotion briefs and manage conference sign-ups.
