1. Activating ShareMarketing Account

1.1 Creating a CRM System Account

Operator: Employees with Admin Console permissions

Instructions:
- ShareCRM is an integrated marketing and sales platform. ShareMarketing is the marketing management application within ShareCRM. To use ShareMarketing, you must first activate the ShareMarketing product (paid per version) and access it via “More Apps” in ShareCRM. Your CRM account serves as your ShareMarketing login.
- If you are a marketing, branding, or operations professional requiring ShareMarketing but lack a CRM account, request your company’s CRM administrator to create one for you.
- Account creation path: Admin Console > Org Structure > Departments & Employees > Add New Employee

1.2 Granting ShareMarketing Application Permissions

Operator: Employees with Admin Console permissions

Instructions: After creating CRM accounts for ShareMarketing users, configure permissions via:
Admin Console > App Management > ShareMarketing

• ShareMarketing Admins: Add as Application Admins + Web Access Users. Typically granted to executives, marketing leaders, and managers. These users have full configuration rights and can assign roles (Note: Admins automatically receive the Marketing Manager system role – review its permissions carefully).

• Standard Users: Add as Web Access Users (marketing teams). Can access ShareMarketing via Web for operational tasks.

• Company-wide Users: Add as App Access Users (all employees). Enables receiving Advocacy Promotion tasks and using promotional tools via mobile. These users cannot access the Web admin interface.

2. Accessing ShareMarketing

2.1 Web Access – Admin Console

Log in to ShareCRM Web, navigate to Apps > ShareMarketing to access the marketing management console. Here you can:
- Create campaigns
- Design content
- Launch promotions
- Analyze performance

If ShareMarketing isn’t visible under My Apps, contact your ShareMarketing Admin to be added as a Web Access User. Add users

2.2 Mobile Access – Task Management

All employees can access these mobile features:
- Receive marketing assets
- Complete Advocacy Promotion tasks
- Track personal promotion metrics
- Admins: View enterprise reports and manage Conference registrations
