Feeds Management


I. Definitions

Administrators in Feeds can configure functionalities for employees through Feeds Management.
The assignment of specific administrator Roles must be configured by the Feeds system administrator in Admin Console > Application Center Management > Feeds Management.

Note: The Feeds system administrator is a Role specific to collaborative scenarios in Feeds and differs from the CRM administrator in Roles & Permissions > Functional Permissions Management. Even CRM administrators cannot access the Feeds Management entry—only Feeds system administrators can see the Feeds Management option.

II. Overview

This section displays basic application information, entry points, and settings for administrators and visible personnel.

III. Role Configuration

Administrators can assign predefined Roles to employees or configure Roles for specific employees.

  • View by Role: Select a Role to add or remove employees.
  • View by Employee: Edit existing employee Roles or add new employees and assign Roles.

IV. Announcement Management

Note: Announcement Management has been relocated to Business Rules Management > Announcement Management.

  • Administrators can centrally manage employee-published announcements. Select checkboxes to Show, Hide, or Delete announcements.
    • Show: Displays announcements in the Frontend > Work > Right Sidebar.
    • Hide: Removes announcements from the sidebar.
    • Delete: Permanently removes announcement data.
  • Administrators can also create new announcements here.

V. Report Management

5.1 Report Template Management

This feature has been moved to Business Rules Management > Report Management. Refer to Work Report Configuration for details.

5.2 Report Query & Statistics

Export legacy report data filtered by Record Type, creator range, or date range.
Note: Only legacy report data is supported here. For new reports, view data in the frontend Report object list.

VI. Approval Management

6.1 Approval Template Management

  • Approval administrators can create or edit templates.
  • Employees can select templates when creating approvals and adjust their sorting.

6.2 Approval Role Management

  • Approval administrators can create or edit Roles.
  • Roles are used in Approval Template Setup > Fixed Process > Approver Selection to assign approvers by Role.

6.3 Approval Query & Statistics

Approval administrators can export all approvals by type.

VII. Topic Management

  • Administrators can create, configure, or export topics.
  • Users can insert topics when creating approvals or tasks.
  • Users can also create topics via Insert Topic.

VIII. Tasks & Directives

Administrators can export tasks/directives filtered by status, creation time, creator, or assignee, and generate Reports.

IX. Form Management

  • Administrators can create custom form templates for frontend use.
  • Employees can select templates via Add Table in rich text when creating approvals or tasks.

X. Data Deletion Tool

Administrators can delete work items created by employees using their ID numbers.
