Feeds Management
1. Definition
Admins within Feeds can configure Feeds features for company employees through Feed Management.
Assignment of specific admin roles must be configured by the Feeds system administrator in the Admin Console > App Center Management > Feed Management.
Note: The Feeds system administrator is an admin role specific to Feeds collaboration scenarios and is different from the CRM admin in Roles & Permissions for CRM. Therefore, even a CRM administrator cannot see the Feed Management entry; only the Feeds system administrator can access Feed Management.

2. Overview
Displays core app information, app entry points, admin settings, and the app visibility scope for users.
3. Admin Role Configuration
Admins can add employees based on predefined Roles, or assign predefined Roles to employees.
- View by Role: After selecting a Role, remove existing employees or add new ones.
- View by Employee: Edit Roles assigned to existing employees, add new employees, and assign Roles to them.
4. Announcement Management
Note: Announcement management has been migrated to Business Rules Management > Announcement Management.
- For announcements posted by employees, admins can perform bulk actions. Select checkboxes and choose Show, Hide, or Delete. If the admin selects Show for one or more announcements, they appear in the frontend at Work > Right Sidebar. If Hide is selected, the announcement is removed from the frontend right sidebar. Delete permanently removes the announcement record.

5. Report Management
5.1 Report Template Management
This feature has been migrated to Business Rules Management > Report Management. For details, see Work Log Configuration.
5.2 Report Query & Export
You can export legacy Report data by Record Type, report creator scope, and date range.
Note: The Admin Console’s report query supports only legacy Report data. New Report data must be viewed on the frontend Report object list page.
6. Approval Management
6.1 Approval Template Management
- Approval admins can create new Approval templates or edit existing ones in Approval Template Management.
- When employees create an Approval on the frontend, they select an Approval template and can edit the approval order.
6.2 Approval Role Management
- Approval admins can create or edit Approval Roles in Approval Role Management.
- Approval Roles are used when creating an Approval template. In Set Workflow > Fixed Workflow > Configure Approvers, pick approvers via Roles.

6.3 Approval Query & Export
Approval admins can export all approvals of the company by type in Approval Query & Export.
7. Topic Management
- Admins can create new Topics in the Admin Console and configure or export existing Topics.
- Frontend users can insert Topics when creating Approvals or Tasks.
- Frontend users can also create new Topics via Insert Topic.

8. Tasks & Commands
Task & Command admins can export frontend-created Tasks and Commands based on filters (status, send time, sender, assignee) and generate Reports.
9. Form Management
- Form admins can create custom form templates in the Admin Console for frontend users.
- When creating Approvals or Tasks on the frontend, employees click Add Table in the rich text editor and select a form template.
10. Data Deletion Tool
Admins can delete work records created by employees on the frontend by record ID.
