2. Differences Between Account Groups (Business Groups) and Regular Group Chats
Account Groups provide Account Assistant functionality, enabling binding of all customer-related information. They support customized message type subscriptions to instantly notify group members about customer status updates, helping Related Teams receive timely information and collaborate more efficiently. Similarly, Account Pools have Account Pool Assistants, and Lead Pools have Lead Pool Assistants.
3. How to Zoom In/Out the Client Interface?
The operation is consistent with web browsers. Hover your mouse over the interface border to drag and resize it. The top-right corner also provides [Minimize] and [Maximize] buttons.

4. Why Can’t I Add Friends by Scanning QR Codes in Chats?
Currently, cross-cloud environment friend adding isn’t supported. For example, if a ShareCRM cloud user attempts to add an Alibaba Cloud user via QR code in Chats, the operation will fail.
5. How to Configure Fields in Chat Cards?
The field list in Chat cards is determined by the mobile summary layout settings for that object in Object Management.

6. File Rules in Group Chats
Files in group chats are categorized as regular files (under 100MB) and large files (over 100MB). Regular files are stored permanently, while large files are automatically deleted after 7 days.

7. Why Is Group Notification Feature Unavailable in Chats?
Currently, enterprise editions after 772227 don’t support these features: PK Assistant, Sales Process, Project Tasks, Follow, Reminders, Rewards, Forwarding, Group Notifications, Commands, CRM Information, and Printing.
8. How to Remove Departed Employees Still Displayed in Project Groups?
Project groups are no longer maintained, and we currently don’t support removing departed members.
9. Why Can I Still Find Cleared Group Chat Messages via Search?
When you clear chat history during the day, it’s not permanently deleted. The server will completely remove previous day’s chat records at 00:00 the next day.

10. Where to Find Hidden Chat Sessions?
For hidden chat sessions in Chats, search for the group name or historical messages in the search bar. If any member sends messages during the hidden period, the session will reappear in your chat list.
11. Can Deleted Messages or Files in Chats Be Recovered?
No, they cannot be recovered.
12. How to Export Chat History in Chats?
Currently, Chats doesn’t support exporting chat history.
13. Why Can’t iOS Devices Upload Attachments?
iOS system currently doesn’t support uploading mobile attachments in Chats.
14. How to Find the Exit Group Button in Mobile Chats
For regular groups: Tap the top-right corner, enter “Group Space”, then click “Delete and Exit”
For Dept. groups: Members can’t exit directly. Remove the member from Org Structure to exit
For business groups: Related Teams members can’t exit, while “Other Members” can
For Interconnection groups: Tap the top-right corner, enter “Group Space”, then click “Delete and Exit”
15. What If I Can’t Find Chat Management in Admin Console?
In Admin Console > App Center Management > App List, find [Chats] and click [Edit]
