1. How to Create a Post

Publishing Entry: Users can click the Post button at the top of Feeds to navigate to the corresponding layout page.

Content (Rich Text Field)
- Currently, there are two rich text capabilities available. Rich Text 1.0 is the default for users who have not applied for the Collaborative Rich Text 2.0 beta. After applying, users will experience the enhanced features of Collaborative Rich Text 2.0, which offers more comprehensive functionality.

2. How to View Posts

1. Data Scope: In Feeds, users can view posts they created, as well as posts where they were Cc’d, mentioned (@), or received Receipts.
2. Field Layout: Before clicking Show More, the layout follows the “Mobile Summary Layout.” After clicking Show More, it switches to the “Details Page Layout.”

3. How to Void/Delete a Post

• The creator of a post can delete their own posts at any time, but deleted posts cannot be recovered.
• System administrators can delete post data via the Information Deletion Tool in the backend.

4. Post Management

• System administrators can set fixed Cc ranges for applicable users. Frontend employees cannot modify the Cc field when creating posts.
• Cc permissions generated by mentioning (@) users are unrestricted.
• If multiple fixed Cc rules apply to a user, the system defaults to the union of all specified Cc ranges.
