How to Use Calendar
1. Create a New Calendar Event
1.1 Accessing the Calendar Application
- In the Calendar interface, click on a date cell or select New Event in the upper-right corner to quickly create an event. You can also create object data here, which will display in the Calendar interface (object scope can be configured in Backend > Calendar Management).
- Fill in the event details in the new/edit layout, including required fields (content, participants, time, privacy setting) and optional fields (e.g., meeting room).
- After selecting participants, click View Participant Time to slide out a panel showing their current schedules. Drag the time bar to adjust and select a slot when all participants are available.
- Click Publish to confirm creation. To save as a draft, select Save Draft. Click Cancel to exit without creating the event.

1.2 Accessing via Chats
- In the Chats app, right-click a message and select Create Event to quickly generate an event with the message content as the event description.
- The remaining steps for creating/editing events are identical to the Calendar app entry.

1.3 Accessing via CRM or Other Platform Apps
- Admins can configure the Calendar component in app views via CRM or other platform backends.
- [PC & Web] Employees can create events by clicking New Event in the Calendar component’s upper-right corner or selecting a specific date.
- [Mobile] Clicking the Calendar component redirects to the Calendar app. Tap + Create New Event to initiate event creation.

2. Viewing Calendar Events
2.1 Calendar Component
- The Calendar component is configurable in CRM and other platform apps.
- A yellow dot on a date indicates existing events. Click the date to display the event list at the bottom. Select an event to slide out its details. Clicking a date without events opens the New Event popup.
2.2 Calendar Application
- Toggle between Day/Week/Month views at the top.
- The left panel defaults to a mini-calendar for quick navigation. Clicking a date displays all events for that day below. Actions sync between the mini-calendar and main view. Click an event to view details in the right panel.

3. Calendar Rules
3.1 Editing Recurring Events
When modifying a recurring event, choose whether changes apply “Only to this instance” or “All future instances.”

3.2 Auto-Adding Cc Recipients
By default, new events retain the Cc list from the last created event. Users can delete the list with one click.

4. Frontend Settings
4.1 Calendar Sharing (Sharing Your Events with Others)
- Configure sharing via Settings > Sharing Settings. Choose to share only event times or full details with selected colleagues, and set the start date for shared visibility.
- After being granted access, colleagues must add you via View Colleagues in the upper-left corner to see your events.
- Sharing settings must be enabled on both Web and mobile for synchronization. Changes on one platform won’t sync if the other is disabled.

4.2 Event Conflict Settings
- Set fixed reminder times for scheduling conflicts via Settings > Conflict Settings.
- Conflict alerts appear in Chats > Event Conflict Notifications.

5. Calendar Sync Settings
When enabled, ShareCRM events sync to the device’s native calendar (up to 15 days in advance).
