Calendar Configuration

I. Calendar Object Management

As a standard object, the Calendar can be customized by administrators in the backend. Access path: [CRM Platform Management > Object Management > Preset Object Management > Calendar]

1.1 Basic Information

Displays fundamental information about the Calendar object, which cannot be modified by default.

1.2 Field List

Shows the fields available for display in the Calendar. Administrators can rename certain fields.

1.3 Role Permission Settings

Configure Calendar permissions based on Role types.

1.4 Layout

• Currently supports configuring the frontend detail page layout and mobile summary layout.
• The list page layout and create/edit page layouts are preset and cannot be configured.

1.5 Record Type

Allows editing of the current preset Record Types.

II. Calendar Management

• Administrators can add object scopes in the backend. Access path: [Admin Console > CRM Platform Management > Business Rule Management > Calendar Management].
• The object scopes set in the backend determine which objects employees can associate with new Calendar entries.

Note: Currently, the mobile app only supports Fieldwork-related objects, while the web version supports all objects.
