Calendar Configuration

1. Calendar Object Management

As a standard object, the Calendar can be customized by administrators in the backend. Access path: [Admin Console > CRM Platform Management > Object Management > Preset Objects > Calendar]

1.1 Basic Information

Displays the fundamental details of the Calendar object, which cannot be modified by default.

1.2 Field List

Lists the fields available for display in the Calendar. Administrators can rename certain fields.

1.3 Role Permission Settings

Configure permissions for the Calendar based on user Roles.

1.4 Layout

• Currently supports configuring the frontend detail page layout and mobile summary layout.
• The list page layout and create/edit page layouts are preset and cannot be modified.

1.5 Record Type

Allows editing of the preset Record Types for the Calendar.

2. Calendar Management

• Administrators can define object scopes in the backend. Access path: [Admin Console > CRM Platform Management > Business Rules > Calendar Management].
• Employees can create Calendar entries for the objects configured in the backend.

Note: Currently, the mobile app only supports Fieldwork-related objects, while the web version supports all objects.
