A1: Does Collaborative Approval Support One-Click Approval (Completion) for All Requests?

Q: No. The system only supports approving individual requests one by one.

A2: Can Collaborative Approval Forms Support Lookup Relationships?

• For legacy collaborative approval (enterprises registered before June 2023), only single-form approval is available, and lookup relationships cannot be configured.
• For enterprises registered after June 2023, object-based collaborative approval is used (including 6 predefined objects: Approval Form, General Reimbursement, Travel Reimbursement, Business Trip Request, Overtime Request, and Leave Request). Lookup relationships can be configured for these forms.

A3: Can Collaborative Approval Forms Be Created via Functions?

• Legacy collaborative approval forms (for enterprises registered before June 2023) are not object-based and cannot be created via functions.
• For enterprises registered after June 2023, collaborative approval forms are predefined as objects (including the 6 mentioned above) and support function-based creation.

A4: Can Fields Be Added to Collaborative Approval Notifications?

• Notifications for collaborative approval are system-generated by default. Users cannot customize the fields displayed in these notifications.

A5: Can Attachments in Approval Requests Be Exported During Query and Statistics?

• When exporting approval requests in bulk, neither attachments in attachment fields nor those uploaded in rich text fields can be exported along with the data.

A6: What Is the Maximum Number of Collaborative Approval Templates Supported?

• Under Feeds Management > Approval Management > Approval Template Management, a maximum of 500 approval templates can be created.

A7: Why Can’t Employees in Sub-Departments See Approval Templates When Initiating Collaborative Approval?

• If an approval template’s scope is set to include sub-departments in Feeds Management > Approval Management > Approval Template Management, employees in those sub-departments will not see the template when initiating collaborative approval in Feeds.
