A1: Does collaborative approval support bulk approval with one-click Agree (Complete) action?

Q: No. The system only supports approving individual approval requests one by one.

A2: Can lookup relationships be configured for collaborative approval forms?

• For legacy collaborative approvals (enterprises registered before June 2023): Only provides single-form approval without lookup relationship configuration capability.
• For enterprises registered after June 2023: Uses object-based collaborative approvals (including 6 preset objects: Approval Form, Regular Reimbursement, Travel Reimbursement, Business Trip Application, Overtime Application, and Leave Application) with lookup relationship configuration support.

A3: Can functions be used to create collaborative approval forms?

• Legacy collaborative approval forms (pre-June 2023 enterprises) aren’t object-based and don’t support function creation.
• Post-June 2023 enterprises: Collaborative approvals are preset with object capabilities (6 preset objects mentioned above) and support function-based creation.

A4: Can fields be added to notification messages for collaborative approvals?

• Notification messages for collaborative approvals use default system messages without configurable field display options.

A5: Can attachments be exported during approval query/statistics operations?

• When batch exporting approvals through query/statistics: Neither attachments in attachment fields nor those uploaded via rich text can be exported along with approval data.

A6: What’s the maximum number of collaborative approval templates supported?

• Navigate to [Feeds Management] > [Approval Management] > [Approval Template Management]. The system supports up to 500 approval templates.

A7: Why can’t subsidiary Dept. employees see templates when initiating collaborative approvals?

• When creating templates via [Feeds Management] > [Approval Management] > [Approval Template Management], if subsidiary Departments are selected in the applicable scope, employees from these Departments currently cannot view these templates when initiating approvals in Feeds.
