How to Use Tasks
1. Create a Task
In the Work app, click Task at the top to open the task creation page. Required fields include Task Title, Assignee, and Due Date, while optional fields include Notes, Reminders, and Cc. After filling in the details, click Post to publish the task.
2. Convert to Task
In Work, if you need to convert non-task work items (such as Posts, Reports, or sales records) into tasks for follow-up, click More and select Convert to Task to quickly create a task for that work item.

3. Execute a Task
After completing a task, the assignee must click Complete and provide a completion note.

4. Review a Task
The task creator can Review the assignee’s work or Reject it for rework. Clicking Reject returns the task to the assignee, who must complete it again and click Complete.
- Reviewers can trigger a review by clicking the assignee’s Completion Status or selecting More in the bottom-right corner.
- The system provides preset ratings:
- 5: Very Satisfied
- 4: Exceeds Expectations
- 3: Meets Requirements
- 2: Unsatisfactory
- 1: Severely Criticized

5. Cancel, Reject, or Delete a Task
- Cancel Task: The creator can cancel a task at any time.
- Reject Task: Assignees can reject unfinished tasks, changing the status to Rejected.
- Rework Task: After clicking Complete, assignees can select Rework to revert the task to Pending.
- Delete Task: System admins in Feeds Management can delete task data using the Data Deletion Tool.

6. Export Tasks
Task administrators can export employee-created tasks in Admin Console > Feeds Management > Tasks & Directives.
