2.1. Application Mode Settings (Gradual Rollout)

The mobile store defaults to a WeChat Mini Program. Both platform-level mini programs and customers’ hosted mini programs have inherent limitations, such as package size constraints, lack of dynamic extension, and the need to update the mini program to release new capabilities.

To overcome these limitations, the store backend offers an application mode switch. If a brand needs Paas low-code capabilities (for example, APL functions, PWC plugins, or custom pages), switch the app mode to H5.

2.2. Enable E-commerce Mode

By default, the store behaves like Place Order on Behalf of Customer (Upstream). If required, you can enable E-commerce Mode. E-commerce Mode aligns the UI and interactions with B2C e-commerce experiences.

Note: Only companies that have enabled the store need to configure this setting.

2.3. Other Settings

1) Order list image display

If you want the order list to match B2C e-commerce appearance, enable image display.

2) Support custom product display name

If ERP integration prevents showing the Products name, or if you prefer not to display the Products name directly, you can configure an alternative field as the display name in the Store. That display name will appear on the Mobile store home, product lists, product details, Cart, and orders.

Note: This capability is an alternative to the object display_name feature and can be used as a backup display_name option.

3) Configurable multi-tab product list

When you need to separate product list views, enable tabs. For example, you can present All Products, New Arrivals, Top Selling, etc., each in its own tab.
