Order Layout and Process Configuration
1. Order Layout Configuration (Important)
The core of channel ordering revolves around Sales Orders. A seamless Sales Order experience relies on PaaS capabilities such as fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows. While we won’t detail basic object capabilities here, we’ll focus on order layout configurations.

1.1 Quick Action Buttons in Order List: [Pay Now], [Confirm Receipt], [Reorder]
When ShareOrder is enabled, these buttons are automatically added to the Sales Order object. If quick action buttons are configured in the Web list layout, they will appear in both the Web portal and mini-program interfaces.

Note: The same applies to Shipping Order objects, which can be configured as needed.
1.2 New Order Layout (Shipping Address & Order Products Components)
With ShareOrder enabled, the system automatically activates the [Create/Edit Page Layout] capability and pre-configures the ShareOrder layout (edit_dht_layout__c).

The preset ShareOrder layout includes [Order Products] and [Shipping Address] components that can be configured as needed.

1.3 Order Detail Page Layout (Shipping Address, Order Products, Payment Collection Summary)
When ShareOrder is enabled, the system pre-configures the detail page layout.
The mobile detail page layout includes new components: [Order Products], [Shipping Address], and [Payment & Shipping Summary], which can be configured as needed.

1.4 Assigning Layouts to Downstream Order Personnel
Downstream ordering Roles cannot be assigned layouts in standard object management. You must navigate to [Order Management] > Object Management, locate the [Sales Order] object, and assign layouts to downstream ordering personnel there.

Note: Similar to Sales Orders, layouts for other objects must be assigned through their corresponding objects in Order Management.

1.4 Order Layout Process Steps Configuration
Process Steps Configuration: Drag the process steps component into the order detail page. You can configure nodes (supporting approval nodes and business nodes), with business nodes supporting filter conditions:

2. Order Process Configuration
Channel ordering supports configuring approval workflows and business processes. The system doesn’t preset any processes by default - you can create them as needed. Both approval workflows and business processes support Interconnection approvals.

1) Business Processes
Business processes can be enabled when needed. They support business operations between objects.
