Order Layout and Process Configuration

1. Order Layout Configuration (Important)

The core of channel ordering revolves around Sales Orders. A seamless Sales Order experience relies on PaaS capabilities such as fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows. While we won’t detail basic object capabilities here, we’ll focus on order layout configurations.

When ShareOrder is enabled, these buttons are automatically added to the Sales Order object. If quick action buttons are configured in the Web list layout, they will appear in both the Web portal and mini-program interfaces.

Downstream ordering Roles cannot be assigned layouts in standard object management. You must navigate to [Order Management] > Object Management, locate the [Sales Order] object, and assign layouts to downstream ordering personnel there.
