ShareOrder - Tenantless Login App Guide

1.    Configure Mobile Channel Portal Page Template

Configure the mobile Channel Portal home-page template at: Admin Console > Channel Portal > Home Templates > Channel Portal Page Customization (Mobile)

If the ShareOrder app is not present, add the ShareOrder app to the home page

2.    Create an Interconnection Account

Path: ShareOrder Management > Store Settings > Order Accounts

Click the Add Account button at the top right

Select the company to which you want to add an Interconnection account

Select the Contact for whom you want to create the Interconnection account and optionally set a password

3.    Log in to the App (Interconnected companies display the Interconnection icon)

After signing in with a mobile Get code or password, select the Downstream Interconnection company

Each Interconnection company displays the Interconnection icon on the right

Tap the ShareOrder app on the home page to enter the Downstream portal:

If the tenant has no mobile tenant-specific view, entering the ShareOrder app appears as follows:
