ShareOrder - Tenantless Login App Guide

1. Configure Mobile Channel Portal Page Template

To configure the mobile channel portal homepage template, navigate to:
Admin Console > Channel Portal > Homepage Template > Channel Portal Page Customization (Mobile)

If the ShareOrder application is not available, add it to the homepage.

2. Create an Interconnection Account

Path: Order Management > Store Settings > Order Accounts

Click the [Add Account] button in the upper-right corner.

Select the enterprise for which you want to add an Interconnection account.

Choose the Contact for whom you want to create the Interconnection account. You can also set a password.

3. Log in to the App (Interconnected Enterprises Display an Interconnection Icon)

After logging in via SMS verification code or password, select the Downstream interconnected enterprise.

Note: Interconnected enterprises are marked with an Interconnection icon on the right.

Click the [ShareOrder] application on the homepage to access the Downstream portal:
