ShareOrder Mall - Business Parameters


1. Product Display

In addition to the mid-sales parameters (applicable to both Upstream and Downstream), ShareOrder has independent parameter configurations for channel ordering. Configure as needed.

1.1. Web and Mobile Storefronts

1.2. Virtual Fields

Enable virtual fields when you need to display Price List prices, Inventory levels, or other fields on product lists with configurable options. This feature is available on both Web and mobile platforms.

1.3. Product Range Filtering

1.4. Category Structure Styles

1) Category Tree Styles: Hierarchical tree structure or Tile layout
Both Web and mobile storefronts support hierarchical and Tile layouts, consistent with Upstream behavior.

2) Top Category Styles
For scenarios requiring IP-themed collections or product series beyond standard categories, enable top category styles with optional Images display.

1.6. Product Placeholder Images

Add a custom placeholder image parameter for storefronts. This updates across all Web and mobile pages.

2. Inventory Display (Downstream in ShareOrder)

2.1. Inventory Display

When the Inventory module is enabled, configure how stock levels appear in storefronts: - Hide inventory
- Fuzzy display: Shows “Out of Stock”, “Low Stock”, or “In Stock” based on safety stock

3.2. Price List Selection in Orders

When Downstream uses form mode (non-storefront) and requires Price List selection like Upstream, enable this parameter. Downstream Sales Orders will then support adding Products from multiple Price Lists.

3.3. Auto Receiving

Click the Auto Receiving [Settings] button to jump to Inventory Configuration. Enable [Confirm Receipt] and configure accordingly.

3.4. Manual Gift Addition

When [Manual Gift Addition] is enabled mid-sales, the storefront automatically adds this parameter (disabled by default). Enable it if Downstream requires manual Gift entry matching Upstream behavior.

4. Global Parameters

4.1. Storefront Mode

ShareOrder provides Storefront Mode (default) and Form Mode. For complex ordering scenarios beyond storefront capabilities (e.g., advanced UI events, CPQ operations), disable Storefront Mode and manually remove “Products” and “Cart” tabs from the mini-program.

Note: For FMCG plugins, enable “Product Selection Based on Merchandise” under [Product Selection Settings]. SPU businesses must enable this to display merchandise-level product lists. Otherwise, lists show Products (searchable by product rules).

4.2. Storefront Categories

By default, storefronts display backend product categories for standardized management. To simplify navigation for marketing/promotions, enable [Storefront Categories]. This adds a Storefront Category Record Type to the category object and a multi-select Storefront Category field to Products/merchandise.
