ShareOrder - Business Parameters

1. Product Display

In addition to the above in-order parameters (applicable to both Upstream and Downstream), ShareOrder provides independent parameter configurations for channel ordering. Configure these as needed.

1.2. Virtual Fields

When you need to show fields such as Price List prices or Inventory on product/Products lists and want those fields to be configurable, enable the virtual fields capability. This feature applies to both Web and mobile Stores.

1.3. Product Scope Filtering

See: https://help.fxiaoke.com/b2b6/de6c/e794/f9dd Key scenario capability Order filtering based on sellable scope (gradual rollout)

1.4. Category Structure Styles

1) Category tree styles: Tree and Tile

Both Web and mobile Stores support Tree and Tile layouts; this matches Upstream behavior.

2) Top category style

Beyond standard product categories, customers often have product Themes or Series (for example, IP-collaboration themes). For Theme+Category scenarios, enable a more efficient interaction by using top category layout.

You can enable the top category style and choose whether to show Images.

1.6. Product Placeholder Image

Add a parameter in the Store that lets the company upload a custom placeholder Image. The placeholder will be used across Web and mobile Store pages.

Products without maintained Images will use the configured placeholder Image.

3.2. Orders Can Choose a Price List

When Downstream does not use Store mode and instead uses Form mode, and you want the operation to match Upstream behavior (selecting Price List details), enable this parameter.

After enabling, Downstream Sales Orders support adding Products from multiple Price Lists.

3.3. Auto-Receipt

Click the Auto-Receipt [Settings] button to jump to Inventory configuration. Enable Confirm Receipt and configure accordingly.

3.4. Add Temporary Gifts

If in-order functionality enables Manual Add Gift, the Store configuration will automatically add a parameter named Manual Add Gift. By default this parameter is disabled—Downstream users cannot manually add Gifts.

Enable it if you want Downstream to match Upstream behavior.

4. Global Parameters

4.1. Store Mode

ShareOrder provides Store mode and Form mode by default. When Store mode cannot meet complex ordering scenarios (for example, complex UI events or Configure-Price-Quote/CPQ operations), disable Store mode and manually remove the “Products” and “Cart” bottom navigation in the mini program.

Disable path: ShareOrder Management > Store Settings > Business Parameters > Order Mode

image

Note: Pay attention to the FMCG plugin setting “Product selection based on Products” under Choose Product Settings. If an SPU-based company wants the product list to allow multi-select based on Products, enable this switch; the product list will then display by Product dimension.

If not enabled, the product list continues to display Products (you can still search/filter the list based on product rules):

4.2. Store Categories

By default, the category displayed in the Store comes from the admin product category (used for unified and standardized product/Products management). For marketing and operational needs, Store categories should be simple and user-friendly to help buyers filter and find items or let merchants quickly adjust categories for promotions. Enable the Store Categories capability for this.

When you enable Store Categories, ShareOrder will add a Store Category Record Type to the product category object and add a Store Category field (multi-select) to the Product/Products objects. Once enabled, the Store front-end will display the Store Category tree instead of the backend category tree.

1) Turn on the Store Categories switch

Location: ShareOrder Management > Store Settings > Business Parameters > Store Categories

image

2) Maintain Store Category master data — click the quick entry at the switch or search the Store Categories menu in ShareOrder Management to navigate to the Store Categories list and edit data

image

You can create or import Store Category data:

3) Add the Store Category field to the Product/Products detail page layout

image

4) Maintain Store Category values on Product/Products records

image

After these steps, the Store will show the Store Category tree. Downstream users see:

4.3. Data Permissions

The admin adds a parameter to support “data-permissions + Account filtering” to restrict data access, prevent leakage, and improve data security.
