ShareOrder Lite Mini Program Hosting (Customized Enterprise Exclusive Mini Program)
I. Background
ShareOrder Lite supports WeChat Mini Program grayscale deployment as a shell H5 mini program, adapting to APL/PWC low-code development capabilities to meet Account customization requirements (965 grayscale capability).
As a platform H5 mini program, ShareOrder Lite Mini Program uses unified settings and features across all tenants, including basic information (mini program name, abbreviation, avatar, etc.). It does not support Account customization, such as changing the mini program name or icon.

II. Upgrade Procedure
Under Order Management > Store Settings > Application Entry tab, Accounts can upgrade the platform mini program (ShareOrder Lite) to a dedicated mini program. Before upgrading, the Account must first apply for an empty shell mini program and complete verification (unverified mini programs must complete verification before authorizing ShareCRM), then authorize it to ShareCRM for feature bundling.
Once completed, the Account can use their own mini program, displaying their company name, logo, and entity information externally. This mini program can also link to the company’s existing official account to enable full business interoperability and mutual traffic flow (Note: If an official account is bound on the ShareCRM platform, the bound mini program should preferably belong to the same entity as the official account; otherwise, data sharing and redirection between the mini program and official account will be unavailable).

Authorization Notes:
- A WeChat mini program can only be authorized to one ShareCRM application (e.g., ShareMarketing, ShareOrder, or Service Connector).
- To ensure all features work properly, keep the default permissions selected and authorize them to ShareCRM.
- The mini program administrator must perform the authorization. During authorization, select from the Mini Program list; otherwise, the binding will fail. View considerations.

After selecting the mini program to authorize, the system will confirm successful authorization. At this point, ShareOrder’s name, icon, etc., will reflect the settings of the bound mini program.
The system will prompt, “Has the WeChat mini program been successfully authorized?” Click Authorized to proceed.
