ShareOrder - Online Customer Service


ShareOrder now supports live chat functionality (Note: This requires the Account to have purchased a live chat license):

1. Web Configuration & Demo

Add the Live Chat component in the Upstream view to provide distributors with a direct communication channel to manufacturers:

2. Mobile Configuration & Demo

In the mobile app’s Profile section, add the Contact Support component as a menu entry:
