ShareOrder - Online Customer Service
Currently ShareOrder supports online customer service (Note: customers must have purchased an online service license):
1. Web Configuration and Experience:
Add the “Online Support” component in the Upstream view to provide channel partners with a window to consult the vendor online:

2. Mobile Configuration and Experience:
In the mobile app, add a menu entry under the new Personal center (Me) and include the “Contact Support” component:
