1. ShareOrder Channel Management Preset Reports
ShareOrder ready out of the box: Channel Management Preset Reports
The system includes 21 preset Reports (including a new Channel Login Activity report) and adds Upstream/Downstream grouping. For new organizations, report installation has been optimized to automatically fetch the latest configuration package. This report upgrade strengthens enterprise data insights and provides additional data support for operational decisions.

The 21 Reports include: Channel Order Briefing, Channel Product Sales Top 10, Channel Order Payment Collection Analysis (last 6 months), Customer Order Amount Top 10, Channel Order Shipment Statistics, Channel Order Unshipped Details, and Channel Order Volatility Analysis. These preset Channel Order management Reports give order administrators real-time monitoring, analysis, and decision-making support. Example outputs:


2. Other Operational Reports
After distributors place daily orders in ShareOrder, ShareOrder automatically generates certain Reports based on transaction records. (*Currently the Reports menu is not yet integrated into the Downstream ShareOrder interface, but you can add preset Reports to the homepage by configuring separate Web and mobile page views.) Distributors can review these Reports to help inform adjustments to their business strategies.

3. Distributor Target Management
From the Upstream admin, set recurring Targets for each Distributor using target rules and configure Target Charts with Account as the Subject. Once configured, ShareOrder displays each Target’s achievement rate for real-time monitoring and management of Distributor performance goals.

4. Preset Channel Daily Login Report
Report 1: Downstream Daily Channel Login Summary — counts how many Downstream accounts log into ShareOrder each day.


This report is also preset in the Channel Order Management Dashboard within Dashboards. Note: it is added automatically only for new organizations; existing organizations must manually add it to their Dashboard.
