Currently, Order Connector has served a number of international clients, and product internationalization is being progressively enhanced. Overseas distributors can place orders online via ShareCRM Web/APP to improve Downstream order collaboration efficiency and digitally manage overseas channel ordering businesses.
*Note: Currently, only the Web version supports multilingual switching (mobile support will be handled in future updates).

1. Multi-Currency Support
For overseas needs, you can enable multi-currency functionality, set the Base Currency, and create multiple currencies with exchange rates.
Configuration Path: Admin Console > Enterprise Settings > Currency Management

2. Multilingual Support
In the Channel Portal - Personal Information, users can switch languages. Use [Switch Language] to access the international version of Order Connector (*currently only English is supported on Web).
Translation Workspace:
The Order Connector Admin Console provides a Translation Workspace for object and field translations. Beyond preset multilingual capabilities, tenants can customize translations based on industry requirements and usage habits, including objects and fields.
Configuration Path: Admin Console > Custom Development Platform > Translation Workspace


3. Multi-Timezone Support
In the Channel Portal - Personal Information, users can switch time zones:
