Key Scenario Capabilities | ShareOrder International Edition


Currently ShareOrder serves a number of international customers, and the product’s internationalization is continuously being improved. Overseas distributors can place orders online through ShareCRM Web/APP to improve order collaboration across the supply chain and digitize overseas channel order management.
Note: Multi-language switching is currently supported only on the Web client. (Mobile support planned for future releases.)

  1. Multi-currency
You can enable multi-currency for overseas operations, set a Base Currency, and create additional currencies with exchange rates.
Configuration path: Admin Console > Company Settings > Currency Management:

  1. Multi-language
Users can switch languages in the Channel Portal under Personal Profile. Use Switch Language to access the international edition of ShareOrder (currently, the English edition is supported on Web only).
Translation Workbench:
The ShareOrder Admin Console provides a Translation Workbench for translating objects and fields. In addition to built-in multilingual support, tenants can customize translations for objects and fields to meet industry terminology and local usage.
Configuration path: Admin Console > Custom Development Platform > Translation Workbench
