Multi-Mode Ordering Overview

E-Commerce Mode (Products → Add to Cart → Checkout → Place Order)

This standard ordering mode is primarily designed for FMCG e-commerce, featuring a homepage, product catalog, and shopping cart menus. It follows the workflow: select products → add to cart → checkout → place order. Ideal for businesses with straightforward operations and high UX requirements.

In E-Commerce mode, users can view product details from the store menu. Both the store homepage and product detail pages support add-to-cart functionality.

Configuration Entry for E-Commerce Mode

1) Web:
- Navigate to Web App View → Menu Configuration to add the [Store] menu
- Add the [Cart] component in Toolbar Configuration

Note: To disable E-Commerce mode, remove the above configurations. We recommend removing both the Cart and Products components simultaneously.

On product detail pages, users can view descriptions, images, and add items to cart.

2) Mobile:
- Navigate to Mobile App View → Add [Products] and [Cart] to bottom navigation

Mobile UI Examples:

Multi-Scenario Browsing: Supports viewing by recent orders, promo items, new arrivals, favorites, etc.

Customization Options:
- Configure displayed fields in product lists via Admin Console → Preset Objects → Mobile Summary Layout (e.g., Product Code, Tags, Notes, Brand)
- Customize product cards (titles, content display) for homepage/store

Form Mode (Direct Order Creation)

Common in manufacturing for quick ordering. Users create orders directly from order lists/detail pages (or via “Checkout Now” in cart). The submission page auto-populates Account name and default shipping address, displays final amount (post-promotion), and requires basic order info before submission.

UI Examples

1) Web:

Note: Downstream orders only support adding products [From Products]. The [From Price List] option requires special activation via ShareCAM support.

2) Mobile:

Essential for FMCG, 3C, furniture, and electrical industries. Mobile stores support category-based product discovery and ordering alongside standard browsing.
