1. Enable ShareOrder Account

After you enable ShareOrder, the system adds a new “Order Management” app. From this app you can follow the configuration to quickly set up a storefront and create Interconnection accounts.

Menu path: Order Management -> Storefront Configuration -> Interconnection Users

Note: - You must first add Downstream Accounts as Interconnection enterprises. - The Create Interconnection Account action in Order Management is a quick entry. You can also create Interconnection users in the Admin Console -> Interconnection Management -> Interconnection Users. - Interconnection users created in Order Management receive the “Order Staff” Role by default. You can adjust that Role’s permissions in the Admin Console.

Open Downstream ShareOrder accounts: Function: Path: Order Management -> Storefront Configuration -> ShareOrder Accounts. Click Add Account, select the Account and Contact to quickly create ShareOrder accounts in bulk for the selected Contacts under that Account (no need to add an Interconnection enterprise separately).

2. Log in to the ShareOrder Storefront

After you create Interconnection accounts, Downstream Distributors can log in to the ShareOrder storefront. The storefront supports multiple entry points: WeChat Mini Program, ShareCRM mobile app, and web. It also supports binding to a WeChat Official Account.

When creating an Interconnection enterprise, you choose whether the enterprise has a tenant: - Has ShareCRM tenant: users with a ShareCRM account can enter ShareOrder via ShareCRM (with tenant). - No ShareCRM tenant: users can log in via WeChat scan or username/password (Mini Program / Official Account) to use ShareOrder (without tenant).

2.1 WeChat Mini Program

2.1.1 Platform Mini Programs

The Mini Program supports two options: a native Mini Program and an H5-wrapped Mini Program. The H5-wrapped option supports Paas low-code extensions such as APL and PWC plugins.

Native Mini Program: Distributors search for “ShareOrder Pro” in WeChat Mini Programs, bind their phone number and authorize login. The Mini Program also offers a trial mode so WeChat users who are not registered contacts can try ShareOrder features.

2.1.2 Branded Mini Program

If a brand owner wants to present its own brand identity, it can apply for a dedicated branded Mini Program. Companies that use a branded Mini Program display their enterprise name and icon when users log in, as shown below:

2.2 ShareCRM App Login

ShareOrder accounts are created by default without a tenant (Downstream Distributors do not have a CRM tenant and only have ShareOrder accounts). In a 1+N model, if a Downstream Distributor has its own ShareCRM tenant, ShareOrder accounts created by the brand owner can log in via the ShareCRM mobile app.

For Downstream enterprises that have a tenant: the Distributor creates employee accounts for their staff and the staff receive SMS notifications. When an administrator sets an employee as the Interconnection contact, that user sees “ShareOrder” under Interconnection Management in the ShareCRM app.

2.3 Web Login

You can also log in from a browser. Go to https://fxiaoke.com/qd and log in via WeChat scan or username/password.

Note: Downstream enterprises without a tenant can use WeChat scan or phone/password login. Enterprises with a tenant can log in via the ShareCRM main site.

2.4 WeChat Official Account Login

If the brand owner has a WeChat Official Account, you can add ShareOrder to the Official Account’s menu. Distributors click the menu entry in the Official Account to enter ShareOrder.

First authorize and bind the ShareOrder Mini Program to your Official Account, then configure the Official Account menu. Example configuration screenshots:

2.5 Enterprise WeCom Login for ShareOrder

The “ShareOrder” product (specifically the upstream Order Management app) is listed in the WeCom (Enterprise WeChat) app marketplace. Publishing there increases ShareOrder’s market exposure and brand visibility and broadens sales channels.

Function details: After publishing, organizations can search in the WeCom app marketplace to add a trial or purchase ShareOrder (the upstream Order Management app). The features and behavior match using Order Management inside ShareCRM.

Note: Downstream channel ordering currently uses the unified WeChat Mini Program “ShareOrder Pro”. After the staged H5 rollout (“Mini Program to H5”), the Mini Program “ShareOrder Lite” will be used.
