1. Activating ShareOrder Accounts

After enabling ShareOrder, the system adds the [Order Management] application. Within this app, you can quickly set up your e-commerce store and create Interconnection accounts by following the configuration guide.

Notes: - You must first add downstream Accounts as interconnected enterprises. - The Interconnection account creation feature in Order Management serves as a quick entry point. You can also perform this operation via [Admin Console] > [Interconnection Management] > [Interconnection Users]. - Interconnection users created in Order Management are automatically assigned the “Order Personnel” Role. You can adjust functional permissions for this Role in the Admin Console.

Path for activating downstream ShareOrder accounts:
Function Path: Order Management > Store Configuration > Order Accounts
Click “Add Account,” select the Account and Contact, then quickly create ShareOrder accounts in bulk for specified Contacts under that Account (no need to separately add interconnected enterprises).

2. Logging into the Order Store

After activating Interconnection accounts, downstream Distributors can log into the order store upon receiving their credentials. The store supports multi-platform access via mini-programs, the ShareCRM app, web browsers, and WeChat Official Account binding.

When creating interconnected enterprises, you’ll choose whether they have a tenant: - With ShareCRM tenant: Distributors with ShareCRM accounts can access ShareOrder through ShareCRM for ordering (tenant-enabled). - Without ShareCRM tenant: Distributors can log in via WeChat scan/account password (mini-program/Official Account) to place orders (tenant-disabled).

2.1 WeChat Mini-Program

2.1.1 Platform Mini-Programs

The system offers two mini-program solutions: native mini-programs and H5-embedded mini-programs (supporting PaaS low-code extensions like APL and PWC plugins).

Native Mini-Program:
Distributors search for “ShareOrder Pro” in WeChat Mini-Programs, then bind their phone numbers and authorize login. A demo mode allows unregistered users to experience ShareOrder functionality.

Distributors search for “ShareOrder Lite” in WeChat Mini-Programs, then complete phone binding and authorization.

2.1.2 Branded Mini-Programs

Brands can apply for customized mini-programs to showcase their identity. Branded mini-program users will see company-specific names and icons during login:

2.2 ShareCRM App Login

By default, ShareOrder accounts are tenantless (Distributors only have ordering accounts without CRM tenants). In 1+N mode, if Distributors have their own CRM tenants, brand-created ShareOrder accounts can log in via the ShareCRM app.

For tenant-enabled downstream:
When administrators create employee accounts for Distributors, they receive SMS notifications. After designating employees as interconnection liaisons, they can access [ShareOrder] via Interconnection Management in the ShareCRM app.

2.3 Web Browser Login

The platform also supports web access. Enter https://fxiaoke.com/qd in your browser and log in via WeChat scan or account credentials.

Note: Tenantless downstream can use WeChat scan or phone/account login. Tenant-enabled users may log in via ShareCRM’s main site.

2.4 WeChat Official Account Login

Brands with WeChat Official Accounts can integrate ShareOrder into their service menu, allowing Distributors to access [ShareOrder] directly from the Official Account.

Brands must first authorize and bind their Official Account, then configure the service menu:

2.5 Enterprise WeChat Login

[ShareOrder] (specifically the upstream [Order Management] app) is listed in Enterprise WeChat’s app marketplace under supply chain management. This increases product visibility, enhances brand promotion, and expands sales channels.

PS: Downstream ordering currently remains unified in the WeChat mini-program [ShareOrder Pro]. After grayscale release of “Mini-Program to H5” conversion, it will transition to [ShareOrder Lite].
