1. Administrator Notification

After purchasing ShareOrder, the Order Management application will appear in the admin console. CRM administrators will receive a notification via Chats upon logging in. Click the message card to access the Order Management page.

2. Configuration Guide

1) Upon entering Order Management, a pop-up introduces the purpose and content of the module. Click “Go to Configuration Guide” to proceed.

2) The Configuration Guide homepage provides access to Quick Setup, Advanced Settings, and Product Documentation.

• Quick Setup: Administrators can learn about the Business Process for channel ordering. Complete platform setup in just 5 steps. The guide allows direct access to:
  • Creating foundational data
  • Configuring pricing and sales territories
  • Setting up marketing tools
  • Activating accounts for ordering
• After understanding the basics, customize configurations to match your channel ordering needs, including:
  • Products maintenance
  • Order Management
  • Channel portals
  • Additional business settings Access these via direct links or through the Full Configuration menu.
• Product Documentation: Troubleshoot issues using the administrator manual, help guides, and FAQs.
