Preface

For large and medium-sized brand manufacturers, channel order management involves complex business processes. The challenge lies in quickly and easily establishing an online ordering platform for Distributors to enhance transaction efficiency across Downstream partners.

Now, ShareOrder introduces its out-of-the-box capability to simplify this process! Administrators can effortlessly set up a customized online ordering platform tailored to their business needs.

1. Administrator Notification

After purchasing ShareOrder, the Order Management application will be added to the admin portal. CRM administrators will receive a notification via Chats. Click the message card to access the Order Management page.

2. Configuration Guide

1) Upon entering Order Management, a pop-up introduces its purpose and features. Click Go to Configuration Guide to proceed.

2) The Configuration Guide homepage provides access to:
- Quick Setup: Administrators can learn the Business Process for channel orders and complete platform setup in 5 steps. The guide includes direct links to:
- Create foundational data
- Configure pricing and sales scope
- Set up marketing tools
- Activate accounts for ordering
- Advanced Settings: Customize configurations for Products, Order Management, channel portals, and other business needs. Navigate via direct links or the Full Configuration section.
- Product Documentation: Troubleshoot issues using the admin manual, FAQs, and help resources.

First-time Downstream users on the web portal will see an onboarding guide:
This introduces app channels, quick-access tools, menus, and homepage components to streamline adoption.

3. Platform Configuration

After completing the initial setup, navigate to Platform Settings to configure:
- Web and mobile portals
- Business parameters
