Order Connector - Comprehensive User Manual
1. Accessing the Ordering System
1.1 Login Methods
After purchasing Enterprise Interconnection, companies can enable interconnection for downstream enterprises and create linked enterprises. Select to enable the Order Connector application and bind it to a WeChat Enterprise Account/Service Account to activate Order Connector (automatically enabled upon purchase, or can be configured under Admin Console > Enterprise Interconnection. For detailed operations, refer to Interconnection Settings).
When creating a linked enterprise, you will choose whether the enterprise has a tenant:
- With ShareCRM Tenant: Enterprises with ShareCRM accounts can access Order Connector through ShareCRM to place orders (with tenant).
- Without ShareCRM Tenant: Users can log in via QR Code Login/account password (Mini Program/Service Account/Web/ShareCRM App) to place orders in Order Connector (without tenant).
Order Connector supports multi-platform ordering
-
ShareCRM App Entry:
Regardless of tenant status, users can access via ShareCRM App: After the upstream enterprise creates a linked enterprise and contact, the system sends an SMS with ShareCRM login credentials. Recipients can use these credentials to log in directly to the ShareCRM App:

The Order Connector Mini Program runs within the ShareCRM App. App users can directly access the Order Connector Mini Program:

-
Enterprise Service Account Ordering:
If the upstream enterprise has bound an Enterprise Account, users can follow the account, navigate to WeChat Contacts > Enterprise Account, find their company’s account, and click Order Connector to access the homepage (supports both tenant and non-tenant modes). This allows online ordering without using the ShareCRM App.
-
WeChat Mini Program:
On mobile devices, search for “ShareCRM Order Connector Pro” in WeChat Mini Programs (“ShareCRM Order Connector” is the legacy version; both versions can be used simultaneously with the same backend data).

Personal WeChat users can follow “ShareCRM Order Connector Pro” and log in using the mobile number set by the upstream enterprise as the account ID. After logging in, they can perform the same operations as in the ShareCRM App, such as browsing products and submitting orders.
Note: For enterprises using dedicated Mini Programs, the login page will display the enterprise’s custom name and icon:

-
Web Login:
Enter the downstream employee’s account to connect to the upstream enterprise’s CRM system, submit orders, and query orders. The operations are identical to those in the ShareCRM App.

After adding contacts for the linked enterprise and enabling Order Connector, set the external usage scope and employee permissions. Authorized customers can then use the system. If there are multiple suppliers, users can select one to proceed.
Additionally, the Mini Program offers a demo mode, allowing unregistered WeChat users to experience Order Connector’s features.

For a more detailed and comprehensive understanding of Order Connector, please read the following sections.
1.2 Guest Mode (Supports Self-Registration of Order Accounts)
Value: The Order Connector Mini Program supports self-registration of downstream order accounts in guest mode after filling in basic information.
Feature: Enable the self-registration switch. When guests access the downstream Mini Program, they can log in with a mobile number. If the account is interconnected, they will enter the self-registration process, fill in basic information, and create a downstream order account. Approval workflows can be configured.
Guests can enter the store via WeChat sharing:

Order actions trigger login. After binding a mobile number, if the number does not have an interconnected account, the system will automatically enter the self-registration interface. Users can fill in registration information (from object layouts, supporting personalized configuration). After submission, if an approval workflow is configured, the system will prompt for approval before normal login:

For detailed configurations of guest mode, refer to Guest Mode and Self-Registration.
2. Order Connector Homepage
After entering Order Connector, users can experience and use the entire system. The homepage and product pages display product lists, including new arrivals, recent orders, recommended products (products recommended by merchants for purchase consideration), and recommended categories.
Order Connector allows users to view and select products across multiple pages, edit selections, and add them to the Cart, creating a seamless and efficient shopping experience similar to JD.com or Taobao.

3.1.1 Store View Switching
The store supports two view modes:
