Order Logistics Tracking/Delivery Confirmation


1. Logistics Tracking

When the Upstream enables Shipping Orders, once an order has been shipped the purchaser can view detailed shipment status through ShareOrder > Shipping Order (the Shipping Order feature must be enabled) or via Order List > specific order > Shipment Records > Logistics Tracking. Note: logistics information must be entered promptly after shipment to enable tracking. This lets purchasers see whether items were shipped in batches or as a single shipment and review logistics details to plan sales appropriately.

2. Confirm Receipt

After the supplier completes order review and processes shipment in ShareCRM, ShareOrder receives a shipment notification. Upon receiving the goods, confirm receipt and optionally fill in pickup details as needed.
