1.1 What is SharePartner

SharePartner helps companies better manage sales channels and distributors. It extends CRM sales, marketing, customer service, and other business functions to partner organizations to foster more collaborative channel relationships and empower partner performance growth.

(1) Business Connectivity

a. Standard business connectivity extends sales process automation to channel partners, enabling collaboration across the Leads-to-Cash chain. It supports partner onboarding and tiering, Leads capture, Account registration, Opportunity co-ownership and joint follow-up, special-price approval, and other core scenarios to facilitate interactions between vendors and partners.

b. Custom business connectivity leverages the ShareCRM PaaS platform to build partner portals and tailor workflows to partner characteristics and business needs, improving channel management and partner productivity.

Provides Interconnection Chats, to-dos, notifications, and announcements so Upstream and Downstream parties can communicate in real time based on business processes. Upstream users view and handle partner requests in CRM, while Downstream users see tasks and updates in SharePartner, enabling seamless cross-company operations.
