Frequently Asked Questions
- Why can’t I find the Print button?
- Scenario 1: The feature is not enabled in the beta program.
- Apply for the Batch Print beta feature.
- Scenario 2: The administrator has not assigned print permissions. (Figure 1)
- Configure permissions in Roles and Permissions Settings.
- The CRM Administrator role has print permissions by default, which cannot be modified.
- Administrators can add print permissions for other roles.
- Ensure the Print button is visible in the List Page Layout under Batch Actions.
- Scenario 1: The feature is not enabled in the beta program.

- Why can’t I find the corresponding print template during batch printing? (Figure 2)
- Batch printing only supports online print templates by default. To use offline templates (Word Print Template or Excel Print Template), apply for the beta feature “Offline Print Templates Support Batch Printing [Generate multiple PDFs and download as a zip file].”
- Note: Batch printing offline templates downloads multiple PDF files instead of direct browser printing.

- Percentage-type fields display inconsistent decimal places between the detail page and print preview
- Administrators should navigate to Backend Management > Preset Object Management > Object Name > Field List, edit the percentage field, and check the Decimal Places attribute. If set to No, change it to Yes and specify the desired decimal places. (Figure 3)

- Excel print template preview displays “###” in cells
- Cause: Excel print preview shows content based on the column width in the template. If the value exceeds the width, it displays as “###”. (Figure 4)
- Solution: Adjust the column width in the Excel template to fully display the content, then re-upload the template.

- Do print templates support rich text fields?
- Only Word templates support rich text field printing. Apply for the beta feature “Offline Word Print Templates Support Rich Text Fields.”
- Excel and online templates do not support rich text.
- Can fields in Sub-objects/Related Objects be sorted in print templates?
- Only Word/Excel templates support field sorting for Sub-objects/Related Objects (Figure 5). PDF online templates do not support sorting.

- Can preset print templates be deleted?
- No, preset print templates cannot be deleted.
- Why can’t images in print templates be previewed?
- Online PDF templates (PDF format) support image preview.
- Online PDF templates (Word format, Web only) do not support image preview.
- Offline Word templates support image printing.
- Offline Excel templates do not support image printing.

- How to print component fields in print templates?
- Component fields (e.g., Payment, Check-in, Region, Date Range, Appointment Time Slot) cannot be printed directly. Print their sub-fields instead (Figure: Component Field Template Configuration). For example, print “Start Time” and “End Time” for a Date Range field.

- Why don’t merged cells in Word/Excel templates display content?
- Merging cells in the same row as
