Approval Process Additional Signatory

1. Approval Process: Add Signatory Entry

You can find the Add Signatory button in the Actions panel on the Approval Process Details page.

1.1 Add Signatory Operation

There are two types of add-sign operations: Pre-approval add (Pre-sign) and Post-approval add (Post-sign).

  • Pre-sign: Select the add-sign mode and the signatory, and enter the sign-off comment.
  • Post-sign: Select the signatory and the add-sign mode.
