Approval Process Additional Sign-off

1. Approval Process Add Signer Entry

The Add Signer button can be found in the Operations section of the approval process details page.

1.1 Adding Signers to Approval Process

Adding signers can be categorized as Pre-approval Add Signer or Post-approval Add Signer.

  • Pre-approval Add Signer: Requires selecting the add-signer mode, specifying the additional approver, and entering comments.
  • Post-approval Add Signer: Requires selecting the additional approver and the add-signer mode.
