Trigger-Based Approval Process Overview

Trigger-based approval processes are automatically initiated by the system when predefined conditions are met. These processes follow configured rules and workflows to review, approve, or process relevant business data.

Conditions for Triggering Approval Processes

2.1 Object Creation Trigger

When a user creates a new record or submits data in the CRM system, the system evaluates preset conditions. If the criteria match the approval process rules, the workflow is automatically triggered.

2.2 Object Edit Trigger

When a user modifies or updates an existing record in the CRM system, the system checks the configured trigger conditions. If the changes meet the approval process requirements, the corresponding workflow is initiated.

2.3 Button Trigger

Button-triggered approval processes require manual user action. Users must locate and click the designated button in the system interface to start the approval workflow.

Note: Bulk-imported data can trigger object creation approval workflows.
