Approval Process Task Center

1. Accessing the Task Center

In the [CRM To-Do] - [Pending Approval Workflows] section, you can view a list of approval workflows that are either pending or already processed by the current user.

2. Task Center Features

2.1 Filtering and Auto-Refresh

Use the Filter to narrow down approval workflows by criteria such as Subject, task status, or workflow timeline. You can also filter directly by clicking on objects in the pending approval list. Once processed, the to-do list refreshes automatically.

2.2 Batch Processing

Select the checkboxes in front of approval workflows to perform batch actions like Agree or reject.

3. Task Center Display Options

On the right side, choose between list view or card view for displaying pending tasks.
