Approval Process Task To-Do Center

1. To-Do Center Access

The CRM To-Do > Pending Approvals view displays a list of approval processes that are either pending action by the current user or have already been processed by them.

2. To-Do Center Features

2.1 Filter and Auto Refresh

Use the Filter to narrow approval processes by Subject, task status, process time, and other criteria. You can also click an object directly in the approval list to filter by that object. After you complete an action, the to-do list refreshes automatically.

2.2 Bulk Actions

Select the checkboxes to the left of approval items to perform Agree or Reject actions in bulk.

3. To-Do Center Views

Choose the display mode on the right: List view or Card view.
