1. Access Points

1.1 Two Access Points

• CRM To-Do: Navigate to [CRM To-Do] > [Pending Approval Processes] to view a list of approval workflows awaiting your action or previously processed.
• Object Details Page: Check the entire approval workflow, approval comments, and workflow configuration on the object’s details page.

1.2 Actions Available When Viewing Approval Workflows

• Approvers can perform actions such as approving, rejecting, reassigning, replying, withdrawing approvals, discussing, or adding signatories (button visibility may vary based on user Roles).
• Non-approvers can reply under specific nodes and mention (@) relevant personnel.
• Click […] to email, forward, set reminders, add to Calendar, or print the workflow.
