Material Bill of Materials: Lock the bill immediately after creation and send notification emails to purchasing and warehouse staff.

Leads conversion and reclamation process: staff members can view and claim Leads; administrators can assign them.

• If a claimed/assigned Lead is not converted within 2 days, reclaim it into the first recovery Lead Pool; if it remains unconverted after another 5 days, automatically move it into the second recovery Lead Pool.
• Use scheduled workflow checks: if a Lead is not converted within 7 days of creation, mark it as invalid and move it into the company Lead Pool.
• If a Lead is marked as Blacklist during follow-up, automatically move it into the Blacklist Lead Pool and stop further routing.
