Bill of Materials (BOM): Automatically lock the BOM upon creation and send email notifications to procurement and warehouse personnel.

Lead Conversion and Recycling Process:
- Visibility and Assignment: Leads are visible and claimable by employees, while admins retain allocation rights.
- Recycling Rules:
- If unconverted within 2 days of claim/allocation, leads return to the Primary Recycling Lead Pool.
- If still unconverted after 5 days, leads move to the Secondary Recycling Lead Pool.
- Workflows automatically evaluate leads after 7 days of inactivity, marking them as invalid and transferring them to the Corporate Lead Pool.
- Leads flagged as Blacklist during follow-up are routed to the Blacklist Lead Pool and excluded from further circulation.
