Configuring Workflow Post-Actions
Post-Process Actions - Supports over 10 types of follow-up actions including CRM notifications, field updates, SMS alerts, email notifications, business process initiation, data lock/unlock, owner assignment, task creation, calendar event creation, sales record creation, custom function execution, and external notifications.

| SMS Notification | Sends SMS to internal personnel or specified external recipients’ mobile numbers | Requires enabled SMS service with configured signature and template |
